Story
April is 14 months old and is such a sweetheart. She is 30lbs and fully grown. She loves attention, cuddles, catching balls/toys in the air, running in a field off leash. She is very good with kids and does well with other dogs in the house, but she is reactive to dogs out in public. She is not aggressive and has never bitten people or animals, but she is anxious and will bark and whine. We adopted her from the shelter at 3 months old and they were unsure what her breed was. She is 71% Boykin Spaniel and is a working dog. Sadly, she requires way more exercise and mental stimulation than we are able to provide. She is crate trained, but is very attached to being with people and tends to bark in her crate. April would do great with someone/a family who has a big fenced in yard or lots of land, or has a very active lifestyle. We love her so much and as hard as it is to do this, we feel it is best for her to be with someone who has the ability to meet her needs fully.
