This distinguished gentleman in a tuxedo adores attention when he’s in the mood, sweetly putting his paws on your lap to request gentle back pets, making biscuits, then settling in for a nap in your lap. He enjoys cozy naps or kneading biscuits in a soft bed at your feet. He's had most of his teeth removed, but happily eats both wet and dry food and will remind you when it's meal time. Carl can act like a grumpy grandpa, complete with “get off my lawn!” glare if the other foster cats get too close, or a swat if they didn't listen. He was originally surrendered for being terrified of children. He seems unbothered by his foster home's senior small dog who ignores him. Carl is looking for a cat savvy adopter with a heart big enough for this grumpy-but-sweet old man! Carl is one of Cat Posse’s kitties evacuated from the Eaton Fire wildfires in January. He recovered from ash eye irritation, and is now safely in a foster home in Burbank. Let me just say that Romes is the best and it kills me to let him go! I have never seen such a warm, emotional animal like my boy. He is playful, VERY loving and just wants you by his side all the time. He was a little kitten when I rescued him from an Orange County shelter. He is a 7 year old angel now. We NEED him to go to a loving home. Nothing less than a true animal lover will do. He will make anyone’s life better. He’ll be there to make you feel better when you are feeling down and he will be there to share in the good times.

Hi my name is Midnight! I'll be three years old on August 31st. My current owners would describe me as playful, confident, and curious. I'm a little shy at first, but once you pull out the toys we'll be best friends! I'm a hunter-gather by nature. I love leaves and those little acorn thing. I've never been outside, but when no one is looking I reach my paw underneath the screen door and pull whatever I can inside. My owner was a little confused at how leaves kept getting inside until she saw me one day. I hope this gives you enough information to decide if your home will be a good fit for me.
