Story
SWEET ROUND-FACED GIRL  DOB 12/25/21 Who doesn't love a chunky cat who just wants to share her love with you? Fennel almost looks like she's smiling, and every time you look at her, you can't help but smile. Fennel is a low-maintenance-type of kitty who is meticulously clean and well-behaved. She may ask for attention, but if you're busy, she may walk away. Give this girl a treat or catnip, and she'll be your friend for life. Take Fennel home and see how she'll enrich your life. HOPE ID 24-0213-G037 If you are interested in Fennel and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php . Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started.  If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site this feline will be this week-end, email us at hope@homelesspets.net , and a volunteer will get back to you. Story
Trevor is playful, curious and confident. He transitioned easily into his foster home of several small dogs. He is initially reserved with strangers but warms up quickly with toys or treats. He is quite the biscuit maker and knows how to put on the charm with his foster mom. He loves playing with toys and checking out the neighborhood sights from his window perch. This former long time shelter kitty resident is looking for a forever home to call his own. Trevor does have Feline Leukemia. Cats with Feline Leukemia can live normal happy lives they just have a shorter life expectancy. Feline Leukemia is only contagious to other cats. It is species specific and not contagious to other pets or people. Trevor would be fine living in a dog household or in a home with another FeLv positive cat. He does do well with other FeLv cats. Trevor is healthy but because of his FeLv status he would need to be indoor only cat and is at increased risk of illnesses if exposed to diseases. A good diet, low stress and regular veterinary visits are recommended. Trevor does not need any special medications or treatment. You wouldn't know Trevor is FeLv positive by looking at him and he deserves a life with dignity and to be adopted into a loving home. There is no adoption fee on Trevor. We are just looking for a loving and caring home willing to give him a chance at life. All cats/kittens are spay/neutered, fully vaccinated, treated for any parasites, tested for Feline Leukemia and FiV and receive a microchip with a lifetime of free registration.

Story
BETTY BOOP Shy and Timid. She will need time to get used to a new environment (took me 2 months). Let her come up to you and don't chase her. if she gives you an opportunity to pet her, I would do it slowly. If you open a can of tuna or chicken, she'll definitely come running. She does love car rides. She also has a heart-shaped nose, which is how you can tell the difference between her brother (Felix) and her. Note: she doesn't like being held for a long period of time. She will jump off you and scratch you in the process. FELIX High maintenance. Love pets and cuddles. Will lay on top of you or in between you in bed. He loves toilet paper too. Will lay on any surface. They come with their own cat bowl, and I will give a bag treats to go with them. I prefer if they don't get separated from each other because they are a little older than a year. We are trying to get rid of both of them by the end of the week. Please find them a long-term home. Make sure you have cat nip on hand.

She has a slit missing in her ear but its from when she was spayed. Shes originally from lubbock but moved down here with me too, shes amazing cuddle buddy and loves to play but also loves to be lazy. Im putting her up for adoption not because I want to but im having a son in November and I know i wont be able to give her much attention and my spouse thinks itll be better if she has a different home!
