Lap Kittens!!  Please meet Catalina (tabico) and her sister Carlie (FCID# 11/25/2024 - 59, brown tabby)!  These 2 girls are super friendly, sweet and playful. They are about 4.5 months and love to wrestle and chase each other. They also love people and to cuddle up in your lap. It would be nice to be adopted together. They are also great with other cats. They are somewhat bonded. I would like for them to be adopted together, or if not with another kitten since they are super playful and they love playing with each other. Trudy is a laid-back calico beauty with a sweet personality. When we found her, she was already spayed but had no microchip. Her affectionate nature and gentle demeanor suggest she once knew the comfort of a home, and we’re determined to help her find that again! This lovely lady enjoys napping on soft beds, sharing snuggles, and simply being near her people. Trudy adores head kisses, gentle pets, and all the affection you’re willing to give. She seems to be perfectly content with a tranquil environment and does not seem to mind the company of other calm kitties. We’re still discovering her toy preferences, but her easygoing nature makes her a wonderful companion. Kid- and Dog-Friendly!!  Please extend your hand and heart to Mia.  After 5 years, Mia found herself without her home when her family broke apart.  Needless to say, Mia was heartbroken. Thankfully, she was able to stay with a foster family a bit, went to our Millsboro PetSmart adoption center for a bit and struggled in a cage.  She is now with a new foster for a cage break and is enjoying life again. Mia's new foster comments, 'Mia is very curious.  She checks out every space she can fit into and some she can't.  She's also quick to get out open doors.  Mia loves to be up high and can scale to baby gates on top of each other.  She is very pleasant unless you try to thwart her, and then she shows her temper.  She must not have had a scratching post in her 'previous life'...we need to work on this.  She saw a dog out the window, no reaction.  My cat is not a fan of her if she approaches him, so of course she tries to chase him.  Mia does like to be pet and allows me to pick her up for rubs.  I think she'll settle into her next home just fine.'
