Penny’s story is anything but ordinary. She first came into our lives as a dedicated mom, sneaking away from her kittens once a day to visit our porch for a quick meal before rushing back to care for her babies. Over the past year, Penny has come to know and trust us, eventually deciding to stick around. When it became clear she was ready for what we believe might be her third litter, we brought her inside to an empty room in our home. Here, she could give birth in a warm, protected, and comfortable environment. The moment she stepped inside, Penny showed us she was meant to be indoors. She immediately got comfortable, used the litter box neatly, and didn't even fuss to go back outside where she had been living for so long. A week later, Penny gave birth to three healthy kittens, and she has been a devoted mother ever since. Her sweet and gentle nature, combined with her resilience in surviving the outdoors and raising her babies, makes her deserving of a loving indoor home. Penny is ready to give and receive love in a forever home where she can be safe and cherished. Penny is estimated to be 2-3 years old. Minnie is very calming, a great cuddler (loves to sleep in laps) and she loves to play - but in our experience, she isn't great with other cats. She has really struggled getting along with our two cats who have been with us longer. She would probably be very happy in a home where she is the sole pet. Minnie is very quiet. She has had a litter, but has since been spayed. Again, on her own, she's quite nice to be around, and she is usually very well behaved. Unfortunately, she seems confrontational with other cats from time to time - so we believe she needs to have her own one-pet home. She can really brighten your day and your home in the right situation!
