Calico kittens & cats in Pekin, Illinois

He got his annual shots in September, he’s been fixed. He’s about 5 years old, ( got him 10/9 but I can check the year from his paperwork.) He’s extremely cuddly and affectionate to the point his nose gets really wet cause he purrs so hard. He does like to figure around your feet & He enjoys playing and window watching. Im trying to find a home for him that someone is willing to give him more than I am able to because im not home enough. Please let me know if you’d like to know more

2 years.....not only is that how old Violet recently turned, but that's also approximately how long she has been at TAPS. Violet wants all of your love and attention and is actually very affectionate she just doesn't fully know how to express it. She unfortunately never learned how to properly socialize since she didn't grow up with her littermates so her excitement gets the best of her sometimes and then her teeth get involved with a few love nibbles. I am a darling white and grey tabby boy. I was fending for myself on some property with siblings and friends...10 of us in all!! A kind person asked the property owner if they could rescue us and bring us here, so here we are!! We are grateful to be here and are becoming quite social, enjoying the pets, attention, and affection we are getting. Kyra is an estimated 6 year old cat that entered the shelter system when her owner passed away. Kyra is currently in a kennel because she does not like to be approached by the other cats but she was raised with another cat so with time, space and appropriate introductions in a home, we believe she would adjust.
