The babies were tiny when that would have happened. Siren & her friend Charlie recently lost their treasured mom who loved them dearly. Their mom was a deeply respected and cherished member of the local community who lent a helping hand to every person, pet, or homeless animal she came across. Her dear mom rescued SIREN from a house fire. She took Siren into her home and fell in love with her. Siren over time became her sleeping buddy. Siren likes to be brushed, petted, sits in laps, and sleeps on the bed (but she’s ok if you don’t want her to sleep with you). Siren is 13 now and in good health and quite strikingly beautiful. To note, Siren is a Tortie - Tortie's sometime come with a little sass! She only has a teensy bit of sassiness and is a great gal. Torties can be opinionated little things! Siren would do best in a more quiet household. She is mellow, likes to lounge around and be pretty. She would get stressed in a busy household but will do great with a quiet person/couple, or she would make a great companion for a senior.

Sunny 6475 is a gorgeous 11-years-young gal. Sunny is a very affectionate cat who hasn't gotten enough attention lately. She appears very shy at first but becomes very fond of people once she gets used to them. She likes head scratches and chin rubs, being brushed regularly, baby soft blankets, and having a throne where she will watch Wheel of Fortune/Jeopardy/any news broadcasts at night with you until she falls asleep (another favorite activity). Sunny dislikes loud noises aimed at her and being moved without her permission; she is a queen after all! Time would need to be dedicated before she lets anyone pick her up and she is not used to other cats so having her own space is important. Sunny would love to end up with someone who can give her the time and attention that she has been missing. She has been in the same home since she was a kitten. She grew up with two boys who were around 9 years old at the time of her adoption. Due to circumstances, not of her own doing, she needs to find a new accommodation. She just got a clean bill of health from the vet. Like all Last Chance kitties, she is strictly indoors and has been indoors her entire life. She is a typical calico gal; she loves on her terms! Her ideal home, now that she is more mature, is quiet and low traffic. She is seeking an adopter looking to share space with a beautiful gal. Sunny weighs 12 pounds. She is currently being fostered in northern Virginia. Meet and greets may be set up with approved applicants.
