Story
3 yr, 5 months Dotty and her mom, Delilah, were found abandoned at a farm and turned over to Rescue. Dotty, a beautiful calico, was born around May 2020. She is quiet, affectionate on her terms with trusted people, and avoidant of strangers. Dotty enjoys window watching and playing with wand toys as long as there is no competition. She is on the passive side and really enjoys Delilah’s companionship. Dotty likes a little bit of petting and brushing. She does not like being picked up and prefers to sit near you. She gets along with most cats. Dotty has not met dogs, nor kids under age nine, but if they are gentle and quiet she will be fine. Are you the patient person willing to give her time to trust and blossom? This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Some special breeds are $250+tax. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612-202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~*

Story
Meet Elemenopie! Are you ready to meet a truly unique kitty? Elemenopie is an adult female Tortie with a personality as big as her frame (and she’s one LARGE cat—just naturally huge, not overweight!). She’s the queen of relaxation and spends her days lounging around and gazing out the window, keeping an eye on the world outside. This sweet girl is a people-lover at heart. She’s content with the simple things in life: a cozy spot by the window, a steady supply of food, and the love of her favorite human. While she may need a little warm-up time to adjust to other cats, once she’s settled, she’s happy to coexist and generally just ignores them.Elemenopie is the perfect companion for someone looking for a laid-back, affectionate feline friend. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this special girl, she’s ready to bring her gentle, loving presence into your life.Paperwork? She’s got it all covered—she’s ready to go!IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.February 3, 2025, 9:37 pm

Story
My babyyyyy. This is my baby Snow. Ive had him since he was about 6 months old. Beautiful green/yellow eyes. Thought he was a girl at first, and quickly found out he was not, LOL. But he is the absolute sweetest baby, he will get mad at you if you deny him pets! And will turn away from you immediately after. LOL. Now , he does have feline herpes, and will need a smoke free house. He also has dental work that needs to be done that i sadly cannot afford. He truly deserves the best home possible. I will tell you he is a needy boy! He needs his pets! But is VERY adaptable to new environment & gets along beautifully with other cats! If they like him! He IS NEUTERED. And has had previous shots. If youre able to properly take care of him and give him a better life please feel free to message me! Rehoming fee is ONLY. So i know his next owners CAN afford to get him better. Please if you cannot help my baby do not offer!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. *This animal is a part of our “Seniors for Seniors” program where we offer senior adopters an opportunity to adopt an eligible pet at a discounted fee.* Meet Layla! This sweet and affectionate girl may be a little shy at first, but once you extend a hand, she’ll eagerly come out for some loving pets. Layla has a playful side, often meowing to let you know when she wants access to a specific room. Though she might need some time to adjust to new environments, once she’s comfortable, she loves to explore her surroundings. Layla would thrive in a quiet home without other pets, where she can truly be herself without feeling stressed. She is declawed in the front.  If you’re looking for a calm and loving companion, Layla might be the perfect match! Layla is from an owner surrender. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. *This animal is a part of our “Seniors for Seniors” program where we offer senior adopters an opportunity to adopt an eligible pet at a discounted fee.* Baby is a very sweet, low energy girl who likes to get lots of pets. If she wants some attention, a gentle nose nudge is her first way of showing you, and if that doesn't work, a tiny paw lightly touching your arm is another polite way to ask for pets. She does not use her claws when she asks, and she's fine walking away if you have other things to do.  Baby likes pets, but she does not like to be brushed. As an older gal, her fur is a little bit rough looking, but it's also pretty short so it doesn't bother her.   Baby also likes to play with a bit of fabric dangling off the end of a stick.   Baby is from an owner surrender with her sister.
