Kayla was a stray on the family farm. Her age is unknown, however her veterinarian believes she is approximately 8 years old. She has a very unusual purr. It is one of the sweetest, most beautiful sounds I have ever heard any cat make. Her single owner is an 80 year old grandmother who no longer can care for her due to an acute spinal issue resulting in the inability to bend over. The owner may need to leave her home for an assisted living place; she is in rehab now, and her family is driving 2 hours a day to care for the Kayla. She also has a son Cosmos that is in the home (found on the farm as a kitten 6 years ago and both were adopted by grandma--both at that point were brought into the home and maintained solely as indoor cats) and we have to rehome him as well. Dolce is 4 and will be 5 March 3rd. She’s a very sweet and loving lady with a tude and can be a bit particular. Very trusting and lax. They type you can hang upside down and turn into kitty tacos without much pushback. She grew up with her sister so she’s good with other cats. Just needs individualized attention and someone with lots of time to spare! She’s a cuddler and loves all the scratches! Has been receiving baths all her life and takes them well enough no fight just talk to sweet to her or she try and escape lol. Please consider my girl I can no longer have her. Sophie is 1.5 years old. She is a different type of calico. She is brown and she has the tortoise shell color as well a little black but mostly brown and cream color (tortoise shell ) She has been fixed and has had her shots up to date. She is the sweetest and most loving cat. She loves to be loved on. She is an only cat and gets a lot of attention. She lays with u when u sleep or just sitting around. This lovable misfit of a boy deserves a happy-ever-after!! Tywin was born a stray, with neighborhood people caring for him. But the people lost their home when the whole neighborhood was demolished by the city, and then Tywin lost his home AND the people he knew. Despite living his whole life outdoors until now, you’d never know it! He’s a well-mannered kitty who absolutely loves affection and will come up to you to nuzzle and lick you. He's very polite, willing to sit at the other end of the couch and wait until you're ready, but give him the signal and he'll come in close, purring loudly, then lean against you and settle in contentedly. Tywin likes to be in the room where you are. Tywin does have some scaring from his previous life outside, and all of his teeth had to be removed due to a massive infection from abuse. His fangs were all snapped off at the jawline! Because of all the scary things he went through earlier in life, commotion and loud noises will still send him under the bed or sofa for a little bit, but this sweet boy is finally learning it's safe. This sweetie is a friendly boy who enjoys scratches and pets. Please note, he is NOT a fan of dogs that get excited... They are scary and make him nervous and upset. Vengeance is a special boy looking for a special home! Vengeance is a special needs cat who will need an understanding adopter. You see, Vengeance is affectionately called “Booger Boy” He gets these sneezing fits and sneezes lots of snot and boogers. He is a cat that will require routine antibiotics when his sneezing gets too bad. Unfortunately, the symptoms will never fully go away... we had hoped his sneezing was temporary and his first round of antibiotics would take care of it, but unfortunately that wasn't meant to be.. poor Vengeance has been dealing with this since he was a tiny kitten, but even a booger boy deserves a great, loving home!!! **COURTESY POST** This is Boragard: Boragard and his two siblings were born to a young stray. Just two days before they were born, their mom was rescued from the wrath of a cranky raccoon that was “sharing” a food dish and brought to me by a long-time family friend. He started out rather scared of being picked up and held but now, he loves it and will climb on chairs or totes to get higher up so that I might see him and scoop him up. He is very sweet and loves cuddles. He doesn't even mind being held like a baby. He’s a very big boy and is already as big as his young momma. His birthday is July 19, 2022.
