Shy at first but once she knows you, wants attention. Loves to play with Lazer light. Litter trained n loves wet food. She probably best for elderly couple or a new couple just starting out n her as their first pet. Found outside, I did flea treat her, and feral were always attacking her. Brought her in after 3 months outside n my indoor cats not loving it. Been weeks. She loves being in but at times tries to get out. She really has no voice or meow. Should really be checked by a vet but I cannot afford it. Love her but I rent and cannot have another pet. She will need time to adjust n a loving home.

Bande is a beautifully marked calico who sadly lost her home when her owner was forced to move. Bande took the move hard but has settled in nicely now at her foster home. She took a bit longer than average to adjust but she was well worth the wait. This gorgeous girl is finally showing her foster mom her loving sweet personality. Bande enjoys being petted and enjoys cuddle time once she gets to know you. She is on the calmer side but does enjoy some playtime. She gets along with the other kitties in her foster home but does not lay or play with them. She would do best in a quieter household with another friendly kitty to show her the ropes. Potter was given to me by a friend. He is a rescue. I have had potter for 3 years. Potter is a very friendly cat ( I have never heard him hiss or get aggressive with other animals). He is great with all animals and people. If you are looking for the perfect house cat! He is the one.

This beautiful, longhair kitty now spends a great deal of her time inside the foster building, rather than hiding outside in a dog house in the enclosed yard. She is not pettable and may never be, but is much more comfortable now within a reasonable proximity to people. Venetian came into Hillside when she was found as a stray. She was very unsure about humans at first but now she is very friendly.Venetian is a very different beautiful brown tabby who is read yfor her forever home.

Delilah's owners were moving and could not take her along. They had her 5 years, since she was a very small kitten. Naturally Delilah is very upset. She has never been around other cats before so coming to a shelter with over 150 is quite the transition! She previously lived with a dog, so we believe she should be ok with dogs. She is spayed and leukemia/aids negative. We really hope Delilah will find a home very quickly!
