Calico kittens & cats in El Campo, Texas

Frankie is a sweet girl. She is part of a feral litter we found 14 months ago. Our county doesn't have a CNR (catch, neuter, release) program so we captured her at 3 1/2 months and had her spayed, vaccinated and dewormed. She has been in the house ever since. We originally intended to let her be an outside cat or find a home but she is clearly an indoor cat and we have procrastinated. Named after “Frankenstein” because her one orange leg really stands out. She is very playful, good with other cats. She's never been aggressive to us or our elderly cat. She is shy though. She loves being petted and will roll over in somersaults when you pet her. She loves it! Because she was a feral, she is skiddish around strangers. She needs someone that will be patient as she took about a month to calm down around us and now she is fine. She is quiet, curious and funny. Free to a good home and we can send videos.

Grits is about 9 years old we believe. She’s pretty much a loner. She likes some attention when she wants it. Loves to look out the back door or windows and sleeps a lot. She has learned to become vocal when she needs something (ex. Food, water, litter box) I’d prefer her to go to a home with no kids or older kids. She likes the quiet. I’m not sure how she is with other cats, I think she would do fine. Any questions about Grits please feel free to ask!
