Story
Porterhouse is a 2yr old loveable goofball who just wants to spend time with her family. Definitely a velcro dog. She is happy to go for a run, but loves her snuggle time on the couch also. She loves people and has been well socialized. Her favorite hobbies include ANYTHING related to food and being with her person. Unfortunately, she does have a history of fighting with a female dog and has growled at people. Her aggression seems to be fear based and with the right handler, could probably be addressed. She's incredibly sensitive so she's responsive to training but should be handled kindly. She also has significant environmental allergies and takes Apoquel daily. She is being rehomed due to not getting along with another female dog in the house. She has been very good around children but sometimes doesn't know her size (94lbs) so older children is best. She likes cats, male dogs and horses.
