Tank turned 8 on December 9th, he is an amazing dog with a lot of love to give. He loves to cuddle, and even at his age still loves to play for short periods. He listens well, and picks up on changes easily. He really is an amazing dog and it pains me to be looking for a home for him. We have had him since he was a puppy. However, he can have an aggressive side to him, he has at times in the past shown aggressive behavior in growls of warnings, he was attacked and hospitalized by another dog and since he has been more on guard and recently nipped my mother over a treat on the floor and growled at another visitor over food on the floor. This mixed with rare additional signs of aggression makes us too worried for our new infant twins. He has always been great with kids, but we don’t recommend him being in a home with young children or other dogs. We simply can’t take the very slight chance with the babies in the house who will soon be toddlers.

She’s gentle, sensitive, affectionate, always ready to cuddle, get her belly scratched and equally be there for you when you need it most. She loves going to the dog park and playing with dogs of all shapes and sizes, but laying home with you makes her just as equally happy. Nubs was spayed and treated for pyometra. She also underwent a full mastectomy to remove three tumors and a lymph node to prevent cancer spread. She recovered swiftly and continues to be the BEST girl. Her prognosis is positive, and she might even be younger than we originally thought (around 11) She is most likely closer to 8-9. Nubs is available to go into a Foster-To-Adopt or forever home. Beautiful lady DIDI is finally ready for her forever home! Didi is a 3 year old cane Corso mix and weighs 75 lbs. Prior to being surrendered to the city shelter, Didi came from a busy home, filled with children and dogs - where they were most likely a "backyard breeder" and after a litter or two, felt they no longer needed her. Yet another discarded mother at the overcrowded shelter Didi acted a little strange (reason to be revealed) and ended up on the euthanasia list. Luckily, a kind foster saw her and opened up their heart & home to Didi to see her life....but not only one life was saved that day. Didi's strange behavior was explained when 2 weeks later, her foster woke up to Didi...and 2 newborn puppies! Didi was a good mother to her babies, who quickly got adopted. Now this sweet mama is ready for a forever home of her own!! Didi loves being outside, playing in the yard and is crate trained. She bonds very deeply to her people, often seeking affection, and is happy to simply be by their side. She is a happy, lotal companion. As you can see, she is absolutely gorgeous! Didi is fully vetted, spayed, microchipped and ready for a life time of love!
