Hi, I’m Mouse Trap, and I’m part of the "Board Games Crew" here at the shelter. I came to the shelter after my previous owner passed away, and I ended up here with a lot of uncertainty. When I first arrived, I was pretty fearful and unsure about everything around me. But with time and patience, I’ve started to open up a little more. I may still be a bit shy, but I’ll let you pet me now, and every once in a while, I’ll even give you a little purr to let you know I’m enjoying it. I’m a gentle soul, just a little cautious at first. All I need is some understanding and a calm environment where I can continue to build trust. If you’re patient and willing to give me the time I need, I’ll be a sweet, loyal companion who just needs a loving home to feel safe in. Could you be the one to give me that chance?
