Story
Sparrow is a sweet and mellow 3 year old cat who came to our shelter from a large local cat colony and she is hoping to find a loving and kind family to take her in! This easygoing gal is laid-back and would love a nice home where she can curl up on some warm blankets and watch the birds from the windowsill. Sparrow should do well in a home with other friendly cats, but we aren`t sure how she feels about dogs just yet. Sparrow is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines. Come meet this lovely gal today!

Story
Ivy is a gorgeous and super sweet 8 year old spayed female cat looking for a home to call her own. Miss Ivy was surrendered to our shelter with her brother, Joey, after their family could no longer provide care for them. Ivy seems to love attention and hopes to find a home where she can cuddle on the couch with her family and watch the birds from her window. Since she came in with Joey, Ivy should do well in a home with another friendly cat and older kids. We are told Ivy has lived with dogs as well, so we think this sweetie should do well in just about any home where she can settle in slowly and feel comfortable. As we learn more about this cutie pie, we will update you!

Story
*Adoptions are by appointment. If you'd like to learn more, or you are interested in adopting, please click the "Apply for Adoption" button to complete our survey. This survey helps us learn more about you and answer any questions you may have, it is not a commitment to adopt.* We currently have two working cats available for adoption. All cats come spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines, and are microchipped. Cats that come to our shelters with histories and temperaments better suited to an outdoor lifestyle can be successfully placed with caring owners as working cats. These cats live in an outdoor setting where they have a "job". All of our working cats require adequate shelter, daily food and water, and medical care as necessary. When moving to a new outdoor home, they must be crated or confined to an indoor only space for at least 3 weeks to acclimate to their new environment. If you have any questions please reach out to find out more information.

*Adoptions are currently by appointment. If you'd like to learn more or you are interested in adopting, please use the "Apply for Adoption" button to complete our adoption survey. This survey helps us learn more about you and answer any questions you may have, it is not a commitment to adopt.* Hi - I'm Juno. If I had any friends, they'd call me Junie or Junie B. Jones. When I was first brought to C.A.R.E. (in a trap) they thought I was a pregnant female! Turns out I'm just a neutered male with some extra love handles! I am full of surprises. The staff here at the shelter have been giving me time and space to come out of my shell, but mostly I hide under a bench in my room. If you're open to having a silent and stealthy antisocial feline in your home - I may be your guy! I am also amenable to an indoor-outdoor or barn cat position in your roster if available. Thank you for your consideration, please call C.A.R.E. if you'd like to come see me!
