Meet Pine – The shoulder-sitting kitty who's adorable even when he's sleeping
This irresistible 8-month-old kitten is the welcoming committee, the window watcher and maybe the world's stretchiest feline? One minute he's peacefully watching birds from the window, and the next he's hopping onto the couch to say hello -- or climbing onto your shoulders because, well, that's clearly the best place to be, right?
Pine and his brother, Wave, were found together as strays, and they are inseparable. They spend their days racing through the house, pouncing on toys, wrestling and inventing new games before curling up to recharge for the next adventure. And wait until you see how adorable Pine looks when he's sleeping: He flops on his tummy and stretches his legs out as faaaaar as possible.
Like his brother, Pine is wonderfully social. He has lived happily with other cats, a dog, and adults, greeting new experiences with curiosity and confidence. He thrives on attention and absolutely melts under gentle pets. If you stop too soon, don't be surprised if he reaches out with his paw to gently ask for more. It's one of his sweetest habits.
Playtime is one of Pine's favorite parts of the day. Anything that moves is worth investigating, and his foster family says he seems to have endless enthusiasm.
Pine would love an active home where he and Wave can continue doing what they do best: playing hard, loving deeply and being each other's best friends. Their bond means they're never lonely, and it also means their future family gets to enjoy twice the affection, twice the entertainment, and two brothers who genuinely make each other's lives better.
These boys have relied on each other through hard times and are a true dynamic and endearing duo.
