Story
Black and white tuxedo cat Peter is about 8 years old, verging on senior status. But indoor cats who are well cared for can live another 10 years or more. He is a handsome boy and very friendly and nice. Sometimes an affectionate, mature fella like Peter is just what will fit best in ones household. Don't overlook this sweet guy...he still has lots of love to give to the right person or family. And his fee is only $50. ##1989810##

Story
Smokey is a friendly fellow, about two years old. He will rub against you to encourage you to give him pets, and will sit on your lap or next to you. His coat is mostly white, with large patches of gray tabby. Smokey is a Kentucky native, coming north to seek his forever home. He is curious about his surroundinngs, and should fit in well with a family or as a companion cat. He has not been around dogs very much (he hears them in anither part of the foster home). but is laid-back and willing to adjust. ##2042351##

Story
Sweet boy Milo was adopted in August of 2023, but found on the streets in May of 2024. He was thin and looked as though he had been out for a while. He had a wound on his back quarters, now healing. It made us so sad. Milo had come all the way from Kentucky to find a forever home here, and we had obviously failed him. His original foster took him back, and he has recovered. Despite all, he remains a sleek, loving, and confident fellow. Milo deserves a home where he will be loved and valued. Perhaps with you? ##2051717##

Story
Melon is a 2 yr. old special needs kitty, in need of a loving home. She is a special girl with special needs. As a young kitten she had neurological damage which is no longer actively causing issues but has left her with some lasting affects. She has bad vision and nystagmus (rotation of eyes) and gets flustered easily. Due to Melon's special characteristics we are going to be looking at applications closely. Melon would do best in a small quiet home with no small kids, and no dogs that do not have a history of being around cats. Melon's lack of vision and coordination make it hard for her to escape uncomfortable situations. For this reason it is IMPERATIVE she is an inside only cat. While Melon has no current medical conditions and is in good health, adoptive owners should have funds to provide vet care for her regularly. Melon loves to cuddle and play. She prefers a calm environment where she can feel secure to prevent overstimulation. Melon enjoys laying in the window relaxing as well as playing with her toys and catnip. She has a silly personality, and will brighten your day regularly. She lives with both cats and dogs and does well with both, but would prefer her siblings to be on the calmer side. Can you be the rescuer this sweet girl needs? ##2054330##
