Story
Katie is a 13-14 year old spayed, dilute calico, low maintenance female cat who is looking for her forever home. She has lived with the same man and woman her entire life but he was recently moved to a nursing home after his wife died and she was not allowed to go with him. I have been fostering her for about 4 months now with the intentions to keep her but she is very distressed by my other two cats. She enjoys the company of my 10 month old baby, my husband, and is okay being near our small 9 pound dog too. All she really wants is a nice big window to curl up in and the occasional lap to snuggle up on. She is a very sweet old lady but gets overwhelmed very easily by the other cats in the house. Katie would do best in a home with no other cats, and preferably no active dogs or children. She is the kind of cat that just likes to relax in her armchair. Katie doesn't really enjoy playing with toys on her own, but will occasionally chase a string toy if you initiate play with her.

Story
Ninjacake is a beautiful 9-year old calico. She is very sweet, gentle, quiet, sensitive, yet independent and brave. She enjoys snuggling next to or on top of her humans, and can entertain herself with her favorite toys. She spent her first year of age in a home shared with 15+ animals, got bullied by some, and became a young mother at 1, before coming to us. She prefers a peaceful environment but certainly can stand up for herself. We are relocating, so we hope to find a safe, caring, and loving environment for her!

Story
I call him the chillingest cat. He LOVES people and is a very nice lap cat. He sits with my son, lays his head on my son's chest, licks him and purrs. He gets along with the Jack Russell Terrier that is also in the home. He loves to go outside, preferring to go out with you (not alone). My daughter adopted him from the local shelter 7 years ago. His eye was infected when he was brought to the shelter. Our vet did laser treatments in addition to the ointment to treat the infection. But, he'd been turned in to the shelter too late, and the infection was too far along to save his sight in that eye. It doesn't stop him though! He's caught a mole and three mice when he was outside. He also caught a bird. I heard it crying and when I went to look, he was holding it to the patio with his paw. He let it go when I asked him softly. My daughter has moved out of state and could not take him with her. We are hoping to find a new, loving home where he can love and be loved. He is very sweet.
