Because he is new to the indoor lifestyle, he may need some extra patience and reassurance as he learns that a cozy home can be a safe and wonderful place. Slow, gentle introductions to new experiences will help Kougar feel comfortable and build his confidence. With time, kindness, and plenty of affection, we believe he will make a fantastic companion. He may start out as a little outdoor explorer, but we have a feeling his new favorite adventure will be discovering the best nap spots in the house — because every cat knows finding the perfect sunny window is an important job! *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. He has been sweet but shy with staff so we think once he's comfortable in his new home, he'll thrive! Kojima has met other cats and did well with them. He might prefer living with another cat(s) in his new forever home! He has not met dogs or children. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
