Story
If you are looking for a sweet, constant companion - look no further, Mittens is your girl! Named after her big feet with extra toes, Mittens has mothered multiple litters of kittens in her previous home, and she is now ready to be the one to get spoiled with attention! We don't know if she lived with dogs or non-relative cats in her previous home, but she was in foster care with us while she nursed her most recent litter and was very interested and appropriate with the dogs and cats that would sit outside her door. She was also extremely tolerant of the 3 year old human in the home that would not always pick her up gracefully. She is a go with the flow kind of cat - if you are giving her attention, she will let you do anything. Mittens takes every opportunity she can to be with you, which often means she hangs around your feet. While this can be tricky for the elderly and those that are likely to trip easily, it is extremely endearing for almost everyone else. Her favorite activity is snuggling and it may be hard to lie on the bed or couch without her curling right up next to you. When she isn't snuggling, she is by her food bowl and boy does this girl love to eat! She enjoys a bowl of dry food and some wet food twice a day but has been known to dig into the trash if her food isn't delivered fast enough! This sweet girl will get scooped up real quick so if you want to love on her as much as she wants to love on you, call today and make an appointment to meet her!
