Story
MITZY is the cutest little female teenager kitty with black and white tuxedo markings. She has white whiskers and a cute white goatee on her chin. Though she is petite, she is fierce--Mitzy is small and likely won't get very big. That doesn't stop her, though. She's curious and not intimidated by the large dogs in her foster home. She loves attention and will try to get it from you often. She's also very food motivated and has never met a snack she didn't like. When ready to nap, she's happy to snuggle on your lap or in a cat bed. Mitzy came to our cat rescue group with her step-brother PEACH FUZZ when their owner lost her home.  We discovered that she had been shot with a pellet gun and lost a kidney. The traumatic event didn't put a dent in her love of people, and she's in perfect health! She's still very sweet and loving, and will be a perfect addition for the right home. MITZY has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet MITZY at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in North Eugene (2847 Chad Dr, across from Costco).  Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet.  The $155 ($280/2 teenagers) adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. Story
Jane (Angel #3) 👼"Jane, the playful but cautious 'Angel,' is looking for a forever home where she can finally feel safe and secure. This young lady, under a year old, is a bit skittish and needs a family who understands that she'll need time to adjust. Jane is incredibly sweet and gentle, but she needs a home where she can build trust at her own pace. She enjoys soft toys and watching the world go by from a cozy hideaway. Jane would thrive in a calm, predictable environment without a lot of loud noises or sudden movements. If you're willing to offer her a safe space, gentle affection, and plenty of patience, Jane will slowly but surely show you her playful and affectionate side. Are you ready to give this sweet girl the loving home she deserves?" Primary Color: Black Weight: 6.4375 Age: 0yrs 10mths 1wks

Story
PEACH FUZZ is a beautiful solid-orange male teenager kitty with faint tabby markings. He may not be brave initially, but once he's acclimated to his surroundings, he is off and exploring. His favorite toys are noisy balls and springs. A feather toy will have him leaping. When not expending his energy, he is happy to settle in for a snuggle and some pets. He came to our cat rescue group with his step-sister MITZY when their owner lost her home.  He would enjoy being adopted with her, or into a home where there is another playful young kitty.  Peach Fuzz is a friendly and outgoing guy once he's used to his environment, and he is ready to find himself a forever family to love! PEACH FUZZ has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet PEACH FUZZ at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in North Eugene (2847 Chad Dr, across from Costco). Needs special attention,
Story
** SPECIAL NEEDS CAT ** Meet the handsome and charming, LITTLE EGG, Eggy for short!  He is a fluffy, white and orange, flame-point Siamese young adult. He’s also polydactyly (meaning he has extra toes!). He likes to play with small cat toys and is pretty active for an adult cat.  He likes to lay besides you or by your legs on a recliner for a quick cuddle.  He is also friendly once he gets used to people.  He was born to a rescue mama cat and has been handled and loved on by people since birth--he takes no time at all to warm up.  Eggy has tested positive for FIV (the Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but he is a healthy young kitty and will likely have a normal lifespan as an indoor-only cat. The virus can't be passed to dogs or to people, and only to other cats through a deep bite wound.  He also has an upper respiratory condition that causes him to snort and make noises, but it doesn’t affect him and he does not act sickly in any way. Eggy is looking for a chance to be loved, played with, and doted on in a forever home – which this handsome and playful guy deserves.   Little Egg has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  To meet Little Egg in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $70 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1.  ID 2110-C0582 LITTLE EGG DOB 10/18/2021 OK WITH OTHER CATS, IF SLOW INTRODUCTION.
