Boots is a very playful, sleepy yet energetic adult cat. My landlord moved out of state and never came back for her. I have been taking care of her for the past 2 years, however i am moving out of state myself and am unable to bring any pets. Boots is skiddish, however never aggressive. She has lived well with dogs and cats previously ( breed of dog range from Pomeranian to Pitbull, and another cat that was not friendly) and adapts well to changes after she hides out for a bit to ensure her safety. She loves to play with toys and also relax and watch TV/snooze with trusted humans/animals. I believe her to be around 8 years old and she is in her prime, trying to liver her best life; however i work so much, i am only home to sleep and feed her. She would need to be evaluated at a vet for any current shot/medications-- the last time she was seen, i believe was 2020? No issues, all shots up to date from birth until then. She is ready for a house of endless love.

Story

We adopted Zoe from a family member after she was abandoned as a kitten at a mall in California. Zoe is very sweet & also has a spicy personality at times-she will let you know when she wants attention & will also let you know when she does not. Zoe loves to play & looks forward to her special treats each night (around 5pm) We have tried adding another cat to our household thinking they would be friends (and we already had a small dog) but we have sadly come to the realization that Zoe would be happiest in a one pet household.

We found Bootsie living beneath the neighbors house. After feeding him he approached us and we were able to bring him in the house. We took him to the vet right away and got rabies shots. The vet told us he was about 8 years old. We do not let him out of the house. He is so affectionate and gets along with our dogs and us. We are moving back to Michigan and planned on taking him with us. My husband was going to fly him back to Michigan and a friend was going to keep him until we drove. The carrier that we ordered to carry him was to small for Bootsie that was required by the airlines. We didn't want Bootsie to be in a carrier for 5 days traveling back to Michigan. He has been a great addition to our family and it breaks our hearts to leave him. We want a loving family for our Dear Pet. If you have room in your hearts to care for him we would greatly appreciate you.
