Story
We rescued him from a family members barn at approximately 4 weeks old and bottle fed him and raised him until now at 5 years old. He is the perfect combination of lovey and needy. He is a really good mouse and bug hunter. He has done super well with our 2 young kids and is very tolerant of them and will always snuggle. We also have 3 big dogs that he does not have a problem with either. He will greet everyone at the door and will take pets from anyone! He comes when called and loves a good box to lay in. He has never been outside, he does not try to bolt out the door or escape. He will get curious if the door is left open though. We really don't want to rehome him because he is our kids favorite, but our youngest son has asthma and with the cats frequent misuse of the litter box we believe is not helping his breathing issues. We love him so much and just want a good fit for him.

Story
Angel is a sweet cat, she is very affectionate and loves to be pet. Her favorite things are laser pointers, high places, and seeing new places. She was abandoned by her first owner that had her for 5 years. Her current owner took her in without any knowledge of her needs and Angel is not a good fit with their other cat. She does best in quiet and calm homes. She just needs someone who will support her and have time to spend.

Story
Charli was found as a stray while my family and I were on vacation. We took her home brought her to the vet and got her respiratory infection, ear mites and rotten teeth due to gum disease removed. She was also spayed. Her and my cat do not get along and my cat will attack Charli. We have tried keeping them separate and introduced them the best way we could by watching dozens of YouTube videos on how to let cats get to know each other and it has not worked. My resident cat is very playful and curious and Charli is very calm and quiet and doesn’t show any interest in playing with other cats at all. She would be much for comfortable in a home with another senior cat or no cat at all.

Story
Percy is the quintessential lap cat, a sweet old man with a heart as tender as the quietest whisper. His years have seasoned him with a gentleness that exudes from every pore, making him the perfect companion for cozy afternoons and peaceful evenings. His fur, a plush tapestry of life's rich tapestry, invites affectionate strokes, and he repays such kindness with a soft, contented purr that seems to resonate with gratitude. Percy, however, is not a fan of thunderstorms; they ruffle his calm demeanor as much as they ruffle his fur. During such times, he seeks the reassuring sanctuary of a warm lap, where the steady heartbeat of his human provides a comfort stronger than any tempest roar. In the shelter of your embrace, Percy finds his haven, offering in return an unwavering companionship that only a feline of his venerable years can provide. Percy isn't just a pet; hes a gentle, loving presence that fills every corner of your home with serenity. My medical care is supported thanks to Cat-R-Walking Home fund. To find out more information about what is included with my adoption, please speak with an adoption counselor! Thanks to the Cat-R-Walking Home fund, my adoption fee is waived!

Story
Can someone say a cuddle puddle? I LOVE snuggling up with you no matter what time of day! Once we get cozy, you're sure to hear my little motor go. My cute little purrs are sure to steal your heart! There is nothing like the cuteness of a kitten, and with their itty bitty size and hilariously playful personalities, they make the perfect pet. Each of our kittens has a unique personality; a personality which will influence what type of adult cat it will grow into. If you are interested in adopting two, we offer kitten buddies for just $190. This gives them a playmate to buddy up with and helps them to feel more comfortable in their new environment. If you are ready to take on a new addition or two to your family, please visit the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin today!

Story
Aurora is a sweet and playful girl. She goes wild for wand toys and you’ll often find yourself in a tug-o-war as she tries to run off with her “prey”. She’s not the biggest fan of being picked up, but don’t believe she isn’t a love bug. She will excitedly find a tall spot like a cat tree or windowsill and want all the pets. When it’s time to snuggle, she always finds a spot to lay on you, and she is quite the biscuit maker. Aurora would prefer to go home with her sister Lumi or have another feline friend to play with.
