Story
Ginger was stuck in a drainage ditch. It was hard to get her out so animal control had to assist me. She was lifted out of a 25ft ditch by slip leads and treats. She is trained to do tricks and is very loving and easy going. She plays well with other dogs and is very friendly. Walks well on leash rides good in cars and is of the Hearding breed types and has some of those traits. Knows some commands. Great dog!

Meet Declan Fostering in Tennessee Here's the link to our adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/201317338010137 This big, sweet love bug is on the hunt for his forever home. Meet Declan. He was found as a stray with his wife and children. We were asked if we could help them all find new forever families and we couldn’t say no! Declan is a happy guy that loves everyone. He loves to run outside, play with toys and will take as many treats as possible. He is just a go with the flow kind of fellow. He loves soft, squishy beds and blankies, cuddling on the couch and watching Hallmark movies on rainy Saturdays! Declan is housebroken, crate trained and has wonderful house manners. He will need a home that understands he will need time and consistency to adjust to his new home. If that smile, coloring and happy go lucky personality is what grabs you, put an app in today! ADOPTION INFORMATION: We are a foster-based animal rescue and we thank you for your interest in one of our animals. Our fosters and adoption coordinators are the backbone of what we do. Our fosters work tirelessly to integrate our rescue animals into their home, so that we can provide as much information to potential adopters as possible. In addition, our coordinators offer as much information regarding the medical and behavioral and personality characteristics as is known to our organization. Without them, and our extremely generous donors, we would not be able to save as many animals as we do every day. With each adoption, we operate a Pay It Forward program, whenever possible, to help other animals in our rescue and future animals in need. If you are interested in one of our animals, please complete an application. The application link can be found on our Petfinder homepage under the picture. You may also find our application on our website at www.petmatchmakerrescue.com under the Adopt page. If they are listed on our website, their adoptions have not been finalized yet. That does not mean that we have not received several applications, already. Please complete an application if you are interested and we will keep you apprised of their current status. We are all volunteers that work full-time jobs, so please be patient with us. We will get back with you as quickly as possible. Story
After 7 great years together, Snoop is looking for a loving new home. It breaks my heart to be here, but ever since we brought our new baby home, little Snoop has not been the same. He’s been friendly and gentle around the baby, as we knew he would be. He just hasn’t quite learned how to share the spotlight, which seems to be causing him a great deal of stress. He thinks when we get up to tend to the baby that we are getting up to take him on a walk. He’s always been good around guests once he gets a minute to zoomie, but now his nerves seem to last the entire time someone is over. I thought things would settle but I just don’t think the old guy is learning any new tricks. He loves cuddles on the couch and a good long walk with plenty of sniffs. Not a huge fan of storms but loves a good car ride. He’ll be a great companion to anyone who claims him. He’s very good with other dogs and best friends with every delivery man he meets.

Story
Jayne is a sweet hound girl who loves everyone she meets! She’s surprisingly good off leash for a hound, and she’s good on leash as well. She likes her outside time to sniff and run. She’s been great with every dog she’s been with— from dominant to submissive. Jayne would fit well into any semi-active home! As long as she gets some outside time and love from her family, she will be so happy!
