Story
Our pets are fostered and physically located in Mt.Airy,NC until adopted. Once adopted we can transport to your location or one of our other north eastern delivery locations. This pup is a Catahoula mix. This pup was born 10-20-22. This pup will not be overly large. My educated guess is around 35-40 pounds at maturity. This pup is shy at first but warms up. This pup is great with other dogs and cats. We have started crate training and potty training. I will consider a reduced fee on Frances to the right home! This pup will be current on vaccines, deworming, preventives. This pup will be micro-chipped. This pup will receive a physical and a certificate of health prior to going home. The adopter will get all the health records with adoption. Frances is spayed! We require a prescreen application to adopt. You can get that on our website at www.saveamuttkennel.net

Story
Are you searching for the best girl ever who will give you lots of cuddles and kisses?! Look no further. My name is Bubblegum. I am about 10 months old, spayed, and 40lbs of love. Here's what my foster mom has to say about me: 💠 I am crate trained 💠 We have a set routine for going potty so I don't go inside her house 💠 My absolute go to is laying on a couch or in a bed where I can be close to everyone 💠 All I want to do is play with my toys and chew on my bones 💠 I will take a treat gently 💠 My prey drive is high so I would do better in a home without cats or small animals 💠 I've been around kids 3-8 and love every single one of them 💠 My foster mom has 2 other dogs and all I want to do is play so I would do better in a house with a bigger dog with the same energy 💠 I get told on a daily how soft I am 💠 Love nibbles is my thing (gentle nibbles with front teeth) I don't hurt anyone when doing it 💠 Not a huge fan of baths but after a couple minutes I don't mind them 💠 Car rides are easy peezy because I love them I promise to always love you and give you the love you've been missing, plus I am the cutest piece of bubblegum you have ever seen 💞 I will be looking forward to meeting you! Love forever & always, Bubblegum ❤️💋 Apply to meet me today! www.underdogrescueranch.com/adopt

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. If interested in any of our animals for adoption, or to foster an animal, please fill out the respective application here to get the process started. Visit our FAQ webpage for commonly asked questions about our adoption/foster process. Paisley is a great pup, she's super sweet, practically a professional cuddle, very smart, food and treat motivated, so will be easy to train with consistency and positive reinforcement as she is also a pleaser. She also has no resource guarding. Paisley loves other dogs and is good with my cat, though may be a bit rough for an older or frailer feline. She has medium energy, is crate and potty trained, and loves her toys. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed. The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label. Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by. January 7, 2025, 10:06 am

Story
We adopt Claire a year ago. Claire is about 2 years old. She’s house and crate trained. She’s a funny, loving, smart dog. She needs to be in a home without other animals. She loves to chew. Having lots of different bones to chew on is a must for Claire. She loves stuffed animals but will destroy them. Claire loves going to walks. She pulls really hard with a leash attached to her collar so we use a pinch collar and she does very well with it. We also use a training collar. She response well to the beep. Claire needs a fence in back yard. She doesn’t like going to the bathroom on a leash. We have enjoyed our year with Claire but she has become aggressive toward our other dog. Our other dog is now scared of her. We have to keep the dogs separate which isn’t easy to do. We do not hunt her but I think she would liked to go hunting. Free to a good home.
