Story
Pilgram is truly one of the best dogs! He's incredibly sweet & just wants to give love and snuggle. He adores humans & just wants to give love. He's very smart, he is well trained & highly food motivated. He will play some, likes walks, but really pretty laid back & will snuggle all day if you let him. He does have environmental allergies but they are well maintained with prescription food, daily apoquel & regular baths. The main two reasons I’m having to rehome him are: 1) I’m going through a divorce & two large dogs is more than I can handle & afford on my own. (My ex-husband refuses to take one or help financially) 2) He has been reactive towards his younger housemate a few times. He never was reactive with his previous housemate that passed away in 2020. He has always gotten along with other friends’ & families’ pets during visits or sleepovers. Given that, I think it would be best for him to be in a home with no other animals or small children <10 years old.

Special needs: blind and deaf.Are you looking for a primo nap companion? Have you always wanted a combination dog-and-white-noise machine? Do you love pirates? Then you should probably meet Loulie. This one-eyed lady of a certain age is just a bundle of snoozes and floofs, with endless on-demand snuggles. She enjoys walking around with a constant tail wag, enjoying comfy beds, or sniffing out in the yard. While she may be missing out on two of her senses, there is nothing wrong with her nose! She is a lovely Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a sweet disposition and happy to be here attitude. If your New Year's resolution is to get swole with a canine companion...not gonna lie, this is probably not the pup for you.
