Story
Sophie loves to do tricks for treats, lick away tears, play pull, go on driving/adventures (just not camping), and will spend most of her day laying in the sun. I got Sophie from the shelter in 2019. She was shy/anxious, but after gaining trust, she turned into this happy girl giving me kisses. She's still the same. Her anxiety manifests as barking towards strangers/sounds (inside and outside of home). She's on anti-anxiety medication, but it's something you have to manage with consistent training/behavior mods. There's been nothing close to biting, although she makes it clear she doesn't like you to hold her paws and she's terrified of the vet (may need a muzzle for certain procedures). There have been periods she was able to do puppy classes and dog parks well, but it takes patience and consistency, and we have become caretakers for sick parents (so can't do that). She has so much love to give, and we love her so much, but we have too much to manage and we want her to be happy

Story
I have had Trixie for seven years. I adopted her when a roommate took her in as a foster dog. She had been removed from an abusive household. She will be approximately 8 years old in April 2025. Her shots are current but will need to be renewed in July of this year. I have some paperwork about her background and vaccinations. She likes to chase toys but then likes to play keep-away when she gets them. She's playful and loves hugs and belly rubs. She is very shy and anxious and it takes her some time to warm up to new people. Occasionally she meets someone she like immediately and sometime she dislikes them immediately. She is afraid of children and prefers men to women. She has lived with other dogs and cats in the house and gets along with them well though she tends to be bossy. I love her so much but I'm terminally ill and need to find her a new home very soon. My heart is breaking.

Story
Frank is an active old boy who's love for hiking is only matches for his love of food. He's a great dog for people who like to lounge at home, but also enjoy the occasional adventure. When home he loves nothing more than to cuddle up under a blanket on your lap. He likes to go a play with other dogs, but ultimately is best in a one dog home due to his resource guarding. He's loyal, knows basic tricks, and is perfect for someone who wants buddy to hit some trails but can also settle down for a nice nap.
