Taco is a 7 month old, 10-pound bundle of snuggles, silliness, and slightly offbeat coordination. This tiny Velcro pup is equal parts affectionate and amusing, ready to bring joy (and possibly your shoes) into his forever home. With his little wiggly walk and his unwavering dedication to being at your feet—or preferably in your arms—Taco is the ultimate companion for someone who wants a devoted best friend. Now, let’s taco ‘bout the elephant in the room—Taco walks like he’s a slinky. His front end moves first, and his back end, well, it takes a moment to catch up. But don’t worry—this little guy isn’t broken, just uniquely assembled! He runs, jumps, and plays like any other pup, and despite a vet check, there’s no clear reason for his signature wobbly wiggle. Whether it’s an old injury or a birth quirk, all we know is Taco is happy, healthy, and doesn’t let his wonky walk slow him down. In fact, it just makes him even more endearing! Taco’s daily routine is all about maximizing human time. He starts the morning with a backyard zoomie session before dedicating himself to his true passion: being underfoot in the kitchen. He eats at a leisurely pace—because a gourmet pup like Taco savors every bite—and then spends the day at his foster mom’s feet while she works. His absolute favorite part of the day? Car rides to pick up his foster sisters! Evenings are for snuggling, sneaking shoes into his personal toy collection, and performing dramatic protests about his bedtime crate situation (despite a month of practice, he remains deeply, personally offended by it). Personality-wise, Taco is equal parts lovebug and little weirdo. He’s a devoted snuggler who wants to be as close as possible to his humans at all times—unless he’s having a crisis about which human to follow. He’s skittish with new dogs but warms up, adores kids, and is working on perfecting his house training. Walks with Taco are more of a sniffing expedition than a cardio workout, so be prepared for leisurely strolls with frequent stops to smell the roses (and everything else). Taco’s dream home? One with humans who will let him be their tiny shadow, children to love on him, and a cozy spot for snuggles. He’s special, hilarious, and an all-around fantastic little dude. Don’t miss your chance to bring home this one-of-a-kind, taco-shaped treasure—because once he’s gone, you’ll be saying, “Ay caramba, why didn’t I adopt Taco when I had the chance?!” March 15, 2025, 12:55 am
