Meet Sir Fred, a stunning Chateux mix with a heart of gold! Fred’s journey hasn’t been easy—abandoned by his family at a young age, he had to learn to fend for himself. He was found in a foster’s neighborhood and was TNR'd (trap-neuter-returned), but when the cold snap hit, his foster couldn’t bear to leave him outside. Bringing him in for warmth turned out to be a life-changing decision—Fred soon showed he has so much potential! Though Sir Fred can be a little timid at first, once he feels comfortable, his sweet side shines through. He’ll take his time to warm up, but when he does, you’ll see just how affectionate and loving he truly is. He might hiss if he needs space, but that’s just his way of setting boundaries. Fred has a soft spot for his foster’s dog, and he loves grooming the kittens, showing his nurturing side. He may need a little patience and understanding to fully open up, but once he does, he’ll make a loyal and loving companion. If you’re looking for a gorgeous cat who just needs a little time to trust, Sir Fred could be the perfect addition to your family! He tolerates small children but would do best with older children that understand boundaries. We provide all initial wellness care, including vaccines, deworming, checking for mites etc., for each kitten and cat under our care. All cats and kittens available for adoption have been spayed or neutered, microchipped, combo tested and given a rabies vaccine. Our adoption fees also cover lifetime microchip registration.
