Story
Grimm is a sweet black lab mix with so much sass and quirkiness. He is extremely silly and fun. His favorite pastime is watching shadows and chasing a laser pointer. He does have generalized anxiety, OCD characteristics and can be skittish at first but warms up well to strangers, other dogs and children when given time and treated with respect. Grimm loves to run and play and does best when he has the space to access a yard or place to run about and frolick.

Story
We adopted this sweet boy from the Sherman Animal Shelter on October 28, 2024. At the time, they estimated he was about a year old. Since then, he’s grown into a gentle, loving companion who has never shown any signs of aggression, even around our toddler and young child. He’s neutered, microchipped, and fully up to date on all his vaccines. He’s also both house-trained and crate-trained. He enjoys spending time outdoors when the weather is nice and sleeps comfortably in his crate at night. He’s playful and especially loves his chew toys and bones, so a home that can keep him engaged and provide plenty of enrichment would be ideal. He was a bit timid when we first brought him home, but he has come a long way and continues to gain confidence every day. We are heartbroken to rehome him, but due to changes in our work schedules, we can no longer give him the time and attention he deserves. He will make a wonderful companion for a person or family who can give him the love and stimulation.
