🐶 Buddy and Chippy Need New Homes 🐶Buddy and Chippy came to us when their owner could no longer care for them. They have always lived together since they were babies, and now at 10 years old, they are looking for retirement homes either together or separately.💙 Buddy (the white one) is more social and a total lap dog. He loves to be held and is great on a leash.🤎 Chippy (the tan one) is more of a get-to-know-you kind of dog. He’s more of a one-person dog and is terrified of cats after being bullied by one previously. He will run and hide if he comes in contact with a cat. Both of these boys are past the age of wanting to deal with puppies.If you or someone you know is looking for a loving companion, please reach out! Let's find these sweet boys the perfect homes they deserve. 🏡💕#AdoptDontShop #SeniorDogs #DogRescue #RetirementHomeChippy's adoption fee is $150 UNLESS he is adopted with his friend Buddy and then it is $100. You can apply online for them at https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sr2794&method=online_form_html&formid=21 OR stop in to the shelter 12- 5 pm Tuesday through Friday or 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet who is available at that time. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before we close to ensure we have time to do the adoption.Take advantage of our foster-to-adopt program, where you can take any dog 4 mos and older home for a week to make sure it is a good fit before committing to adoption.
