GINGER-ALE!! She will heal what ails you! Don’t let her age fool you, this little lady has plenty of years left. Ginger is a sweet girl looking for a soft bed and warm snuggles. She ended up in foster care through no fault of her own when her caretaker fell ill. She was well cared for and loved very much. She is a fan of ear scratches and belly rubs. She plays in short spurts with her doggie friends but mostly enjoys napping and snacking! If you are looking for a chill companion to spend your days with Ginger is your girl! She does well with dogs, kids, adults, and even those pesky cats! She can blend with a family/person with pets or be just fine as an only dog. She is potty trained and will paw at the door to tell you she needs to go. She is crate-trained but it isn’t her favorite. She tolerates it and goes to sleep, however, she is excited to be let out with her people when they return. Please find it in your heart to adopt a senior who still has "pep-in-her-step" and will make a wonderful, calm companion for some family. She is highly food motivated, so as with many dogs, you won’t want to leave any “no-no” food where she can get it. She isn’t a picky eater and has acclimated to her foster’s food quickly. Her adoption fee covers her recent standard vet care. Microchipped and rabies vaccinated. She is healthy, spayed, has all of her shots, heartworm negative, and is on monthly prevention.

Story
Addie is a shy, sensitive and tender little nugget. She's two and a half years old that has grown up with her older sister June. They are a bonded pair and must be rehomed together. Addie is housetrained, leash trained, knows jump up, come, lay down and a couple other commands. Not as many as her sister but she eagerly takes her lead from June. She is timid and takes a little bit of encouragement with new things, new people and a slow introduction to dogs. She is also very good with kids and very aware of the emotions in the room. If you are crying, she will come over to comfort you until you are giggling at her silly antics. She is often found on the back of furniture trying to get to the highest view and found watching tv. Story
Bowser is a 7yo (bday July 12) chiweenie who is loving, feisty and active and fun. This has been a really difficult decision for us but we have a new baby and have yet to break Bowser of resource guarding. On top of that I do not feel like we are doing him any justice by simply not having enough time for him with the little one. He has bitten my partner once a year and a half ago and now being a new mom the resource guarding mixed with us not being able to get him on enough walks worries me a bit. And I want him to be loved and cared for as much as he deserves. He’s really a great, loyal and funny and cute dog who deserves a home that will provide him with all the activity and attention. He is also crate trained and very food motivated.
