Story
Meet Harlow! The best word to describe her is “FUN”! Think of her like a fun sized Snickers, all the Snickers flavor in a portable package. This girl is spayed, vaccinated, current on preventative meds and ready to adopt. She is around 1 yr old and 15or so lbs. Currently fostering in town in Warrenton, Virginia. She would be an ideal dog for an active person/ couple/ family that lives in a smaller home. She will thrive on daily walks or runs and would be a fantastic pace setter for some 5k races. She travels well so long weekend trips and hikes would definitely be fun, she is brave and confidant in new surroundings so definitely a full time partner in crime type. She crates well and has been good with her potty manners with frequent trips out to the yard. She is a naturally neat type so we don’t expect her to be a problem to become fully housebroken. She is currently fostering in a home with 2 young kids and is doing fantastic, she is also respectful of the older grumpy dog and playful with the larger young dog. While she could go into a multi dog home we feel she would thrive best in a home where she was the center of attention. She adores her humans and wants to be with them all the time, but will crate quietly if needed. As an added bonus she tested fantastic with the cat so should be fine in a home with a cat or two. Meet Lucky and Sassy bonded pair They are being fostered in East Tn. Out of state welcome and transport to your area to the north east and great lakes areas is included in their adoption fee. We use rescue riders for all of our pet transport needs because they have always been great with our pets. These two little ladies are a bonded pair and are twins. Lucky is the darker brindle of the two and Sassy is a bit lighter. They are absolutely sweet little doll babies. They love to sit on your lap and give love and kisses. They are house trained and pad trained as well as crate trained if needed. They are about 5.5 years old and fairly active but laid back just as much. They love chewing nylabone power chewers or any nylabone type hard chews. They only weigh around 9 lbs each so no lap is too small to share lol They tolerate cats ok but we think they would do best in a home with older children that can respect space and not chase or scare them. Ideally a home with a laid back lifestyle that loves to cuddle without too much stress would be great for them. The adoption fee is for them as a pair we will not separated them. Nina and her sister Pinta were rescued from the dog pound. We believe these adorable girls are chihuahua/dachshund/pug mixes (the curly tails coming from the pug). Both girls have very soft fur. Nina has a bit of blue in one eye so there is something else in the mix. They are young, probably between one and two years of age. At 19 pounds, Nina is the larger of the two girls. Nina is very affectionate, sweet, and playful. She is a little shy but warms up quickly. She is a lapdog who loves pets and cuddles. She likes treats and will toss them around and play with them before she eats them. And we just found out that she loves snow! Nina would probably do best in a home with another small, playful dog to wrestle and play chase with. Nina is crate-trained but needs some more work with house and obedience training. Her new family should give her plenty of attention and playtime, take her on walks, and give her a lot of cuddles and affection. Nina must be an inside dog and a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash and needs a secure, fenced yard to run and play. Nina is spayed, tattooed, fully vaccinated (DAPPvL2, Bordatella, rabies), and microchipped. She is heartworm-negative and receives monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Nina is located in Texas but can be transported after she is adopted. Her adoption includes the cost of ground transport by a reputable and trusted transport company. Scheduled stops include, but are not limited to, Hagerstown or Linthicum Heights MD. Say hello to MOLLY! Molly is such a doll you can’t help but smile to look at that adorable happy face. This love bug came into the rescue from a hoarder situation. Molly is fully vetted, spayed and 2 to 3 years old. She is in a wonderful foster home with some of her friends from her old place and with a couple of her foster mom’s dogs and doing just wonderful. This sweet loving pup needs a home to call her own that is not overwhelmed and over crowded with other dogs. Such situations lack the time and attention every dog deserves. Molly is going to make an awesome companion for any family. Especially little dog loving families. She is dang near perfect. Personality: Molly is goofy, energetic, and playful! She loves to snuggle up on the end of the couch for long naps. She is soooooo ready to be your new best friend and would love a home where she can grow to be a wonderful life long family friend. Once adopted Molly will travel via the Rescue Transport to her new family. They travel each weekend from Memphis, Tennessee to the northeast, delivering pups along the way as far north as West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Transport is an additional $185.
