Story
Bear is a 6 year old male Chow Chow Mix. Bear is an adventurous dog who is always looking for a good time. He brings good vibes to any occasion and really knows how to make a person smile. He loves being outdoors and feeling the sun shine on his fur or feeling the breeze pass through his ears. He loves to be independent and in charge. He loves to be the center of attention but also knows when to chill out and observe. Bear would do fine a home with older children. He is selective with other dogs. We do not know his temperament with cats at this time. To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture. Story
I am a pedigree, full chow with AKC certification. I grew up from 8 wks old in CT, and I really love running in the snow. I am a playful chow, and grew up in a home with a cat. The youngest people in our household were high-school aged when I came home, so I have not had exposure to young children. I attended puppy school and follow many commands and play games for treats very well. I love my toys, chasing/fetching soft balls and toys, and running around the backyard playing. I also love: Tummy scratches; A gentle voice and a gentle touch; Patient voices; being brushed. I can be left home without worry of destruction or accidents. I'm not afraid of thunder or fireworks. But like most chows I am shy of new people I don't know. I do not ever jump up on people. Leash walking is hard for me, so you'll need a fenced in yard or secure area for me to exercise, play and nap outside in the fresh air. When we are both off leash, I have played well with other dogs in my yard.

Story
This is the beautiful and uniquely gorgeous TRINITY! She is approximately 2.5 years old (we think she was born in May 2021) and weighs 38 pounds. Trinity gets along with all dogs and has a quiet and gentle disposition. She can be a little shy at first but warms up! She’s doing great with leash training too. Based on her disposition, we think she’d be good with cats. If you would like to give our Button-Ear, Bat girl a FURever home, please fill out an application! We are happy to answer any questions, and provide further photos and video of any dog of interest! Feel free to email us: MiraclesforSatosRescue@gmail.com Website: MiraclesforSatosRescue.org __________________________________________ PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently in Puerto Rico. Once an adopter is approved, transport will be arranged to New York/New Jersey. We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority. We ask that you please make sure if interested in a puppy or high energy breed that you are ready for this time consuming/daily endeavor and have patience as this is a long term commitment (could be 15+ years). Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. Your ongoing time and day-to-day commitment is the most important thing in caring for a dog. In addition we cannot guarantee breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Please note that even house trained dogs will need help transitioning to an adopters home and schedule. We are also happy to cat and child test any of our dogs. Thank you for understanding and adopting!

Story
King is the most handsome Chow Chow boy. He always looks like he just walked out of the groomer, and is always so fluffy and cute. King is housebroken, so he always does his business quickly outside. He walks nicely on a leash, only reacting to small animals like birds and squirrels. He loves treats, and always has the biggest smile (and poses beautifully for the camera). His coolest quality is probably his big blue tongue! King is very friendly, good with other dogs, and would make the best family dog. King is also up to date on vaccines, is neutered, and is ready to be your handsome best friend! Please inquire about a possibly foster to adopt!

Story
Princess is a beautiful Chow Chow lady with a soft, tan coat, and a smile to die for. She also has the coolest blue tongue ever! She arrived at the shelter with King (another Chow Chow), and they can be adopted together or separately. They are very calm in their kennels, but love to play with each other and walk great together (and separately). Princess is sweet and calm. She would do well in a home with other dogs and older kids (13+ ideally). Please come in and meet Princess and King, this beautiful Chow Chow pair!
