We adopt out to homes in WA state, but require that you are present for the meet and greet in Newcastle, WA. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable. The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Zelle, or cash. We no longer accept PayPal because of the percentage they take & their fees but if the potential adopter wants to pay the fees we will accept PayPal. The call was put out for the need from commercial breeders who needed some of their dogs gone, at a cost of course in the middle of Omaha. Of course they always want money for the dogs & of course once we know about them we are not leaving them & do what we have to do to help them. But despite where they lived i& were going to be used to make money off their backs, they were all the most precious bundles of joy. Her life was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. She was one of the very lucky ones. On this day we rescued Lady & 15 other baby dolls. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Lady how she is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home just as she is in her foster home. Lady & her friends were bought back to the WA state where she is now is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. Lady is so stunning to look at & she looks right at you with such love her foster mum said. She will stare at you as if she is staring into your soul. She saiid she is the life of the party but can also be a peacemaker if her foster siblings become a little naughty. She loves every dog & they love her. She said wherever you are lady wants to be & is so very spirited & lovely. Instantly when she went into her foster home it was as if she had always been there & part of the pack. She will talk to her foster mum she said when she wants her attention or wants something from her. She will also be happy to play with her foster siblings & loves to chase the other dogs. In her foster home she goes on material potty pads. For everything she has been through her foster mum said she is a sweetheart. Lady her foster mum said is so affectionate & jumps at you to pick her up & give her love & kisses & hugs. She adores being carried & given love. Her foster mum said she has a huge personality & will let it be known she is there & will let you know what she wants. The reality is, the foster homes are her real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding she can snuggle up in, a roof over head that’s not outside. Lady is a wonderful eater & is not shy about eating. She eats clean in her foster home, meaning she eats grains, fruits & vegetables & many healthy proteins along with supplements. She is good with her baths & being dried by the hairdryer & very tolerant. She adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something she did not get to experience ever until she was rescued. She will bark at her foster family to pick her up & put her on the bed to sleep with them. She is such a fun puppy who just wants to be loved & to make up for her past. She loves everyone. She would still need to be taught to walk on a harness & leash. She is a puppy & we have not taken her out anywhere. She does not discriminate against breeds. She has always been with other dogs & she adores other dogs & they make her feel comfortable & confident. Lady rides in the car well & considering the only times we know of was when she went to be sold & when we got her & going home with her foster family & to & from the vets. It’s still all new to her though. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lady only. Lady as you can imagine spent the first part of her life in a caged environment. She loses her mind if she is put into a crate & goes nuts wanting out. Who could blame her? She is losing her puppy fuz & getting her adult fur in. We are also looking for a forever home for Lady where someone is home during the day or she can go with her people wherever possibly she can go with them. When they find someone who treats them as they should be treated & loves them they get so attached to them. Lady is looking for a forever home who will cherish her & love her as she should be loved & be patient with her & never give up on her. Lady has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes in the rescue & in her foster home & she is currently with other dogs & adores other dogs. She absolutely must go to a forever home with a dog or dog’s present in the home roughly the same size for her to thrive in. Please do not apply saying your neighbors have a dog or family members or you will take her to places where there are other dogs. That will not work, another dog or dogs is mandatory along with a fully fenced backyard. Lady is roughly 14.5 lbs & she is 7 months old & ‭a cockapoo‬. She has put on weight since being in her loving foster home. What she is mixed with we are not sure, female, she is spayed by laser by our wonderful vets, microchipped, received her shots, including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies & dewormed. We have spent far more on Lady with paying for her from a commercial breeder. Bringing her to WA with her travel/flight costs, her transportation to WA. All of her medical care in WA etc & bringing her to WA then her adoption fee comes close to covering. Her adoption fee does not even cover half of what we have spent on Lady. Lady has not been around cats since being in the rescue, but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not her around small children so we do do not recommend small children nor cats though & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & cats. We were not there when Lady was conceived so we do not know who her parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think her breed is. As with all of our rescues & Lady friends she will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Lady potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. On this day we rescued a total of 4 lives of mums & a puppy, including Mimi being one of those mums. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Mimi how she is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home just as they are in their foster home. Mimi & her friends were bought back to the WA state where she is now so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. When we were asked to help Mimi we were shown a picture of her living outside on concrete in a cage & there was other cages with different breeds of dogs in each cage. That was her whole life for the 6 years. We could tell she was not being fed well either because she would try to eat her poop. We had to teach her everything about being in a home & she has flourished now. Breaks our hearts how she spent the first half of her life. She is the sweetest girl. So very easy going & a free spirit. She deserves to be so very loved. She has mastered wooden stairs & can go up & down them no worries. Mimi always appears to be smiling & is always so happy & grateful. She loves both her foster mum & dad. She now knows what toys are & loves playing with her toys. She has been learning to go potty on material potty pads. She is not too fond of being outside for too long & who can blame her considering she spent her whole life outside in a cage. At first she did not have a clue about anything at all but has picked up things very quickly in her devoted foster home. She absolutely loves her foster siblings. She loves all ages of dogs no matter what size or age. She is very playful & will try to get any size dog to play with her. When we first got her we had to teach her to be in a loving home with dogs & be with them in a normal environment. She enjoys wearing a good outfit as we have put jumpers on her. She is extremely sweet but is very loving & a very cuddly little lady. She can be a stalker too, but can be very independent at the same time. She really enjoys snuggling with you & we know she adores being picked up & held & carried around to see what is going on. At first she had no idea what it was to be held & loved but now she gets ready to stand up & receive love & gets ready for her foster mum to pick her up. The reality is, the foster homes are her real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding she can snuggle up in, a roof over her head that’s not outside. Mimi is a wonderful eater & we know that she is obsessed with food with the amount of weight she has put on in her loving foster home with the good nutrition she is getting. She is still underweight & will continue to need to put on weight. She eats a clean diet meaning, raw fruits, vegetables, grains & proteins & is on supplements. She gets bully sticks & collagen sticks & loves them. Well she is absolutely obsessed with them. She is also obsessed with treats. She adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something she did not get to experience ever until he was rescued. She absolutely loves to sleep in the bed with you too & be apart of what you are doing. She will want to sleep with you or on a pile of fluffy blankets or dog bed with het friends. She is such a sweetheart who just wants to be loved & to make up for her past. She loves everyone & is so very sweet. She is accepting with being bathed & groomed & tolerates the hairdryer. She would still need to be taught to walk on a harness & leash. Mimi rides in the car well & considering the only times we know of was when she went to be sold & when we got her & going home & to & from the vets with us & her loving foster home. But she does absolutely amazing in the car. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lady only. Mimi as you can imagine spent the first part of her life in a caged environment.
