Meet Callie! Callie is about 4-5 years old, 21lbs currently, and she likely has some Cocker Spaniel in her mix! She was surrendered and was HW positive. She has been treated and is now ready for adoption! In her foster home, she is doing great with her house-training, crate training, and leash walking. She could go to a home with kids 10+. She resource guards so could be an only dog or be adopted to a home with other dogs with an experienced owner. She has not been exposed to cats.Her foster says, `Callie did growl through crates/gates/etc. at my other fosters at first but did do it much less the more she was exposed to them. I wouldn`t want to say she would have to be an only dog, although she would be fine being an only dog. She might be fine with other calm dogs that gave her her space. She does love people and will jump up to greet but is very gentle. She loves to go for car rides.`She is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on January 31st.
