No vision? No problem! Rufus is a sweet and gentle dog who is doing great in his foster home. He’s learning the ropes from his canine foster siblings and adapting to a new environment quickly. Though he has no vision and limited hearing, he remains a loving and happy dog who is looking for a family of his own. Could that be you?
