Originally abandoned by her former owner, she was rescued from a parking lot by a caring foster who gave her a safe and loving home. Flower was found as a stray by our rescue President's home. The neighbors called her and believed that she was in destress. Flower was not an outside cat and she was stressed being in the open. Clearly she was well fed but unfortunately no one came forward to clai her. Flower is a sweetheart hence the name given to her. She is a chunky ball of love. She is eager for affection and ready for all your love. Flower is picky about other animals in her area. She would adjust well to an isolated located and introduce to other animals slowly overtime. She likes her space and can be a bit cranky when animals invade her personal bubble. While she has been exposed to cat and dogs, she has never been aggressive but she does display her displeasure. Flower is purfectly happy being a bedroom cat with someone to sleep with.  While we think Flower would live well with children, she does prefer them not to pick her up. Mostly because of her size and the imbalance children usually have when picking up a larger animal.  Flower had eye removal surgery while in our care. It has fully healed and she is growing her fur back around the eye surgery area.
