Cher is a beautiful young dilute calico with a heart of gold! Cher is a little cautious at first, but once she gets to know you, she quickly warms up and becomes your best friend. This energetic girl loves to play, so be prepared for lots of fun and excitement! She adores pets and will soak up all the love you can give. Cher was found with a cat that is FeLV positive. She has tested positive for the regressive form of FeLV. She is not currently symptomatic. There is a low chance of her spreading it to other cats, especially adult healthy cats. If you have questions about FeLV - we can answer them. Because of her FeLV status, she would be perfect as an only cat but she is an easy-going cat who could live with other FeLV cats or healthy adult cats. She’s a very quiet older cat around 8-10 years old. She would do well with an adopter looking for a companion rather than a needy cat they had to entertain. Patches starts out shy around strangers, but she is fine with some time to adjust. She doesn’t mind being petted but she LOVES having her back scratched! Patches and Stripes are in foster together but can be adopted separately. But both would do well in homes with another adult cat. They were trapped together and enjoy each other’s company, but they aren’t necessary bonded to one another.
