Shadow is a funny girl. Her sense of humor is well intact! She loves the water, loves people and other dogs....just an overall wonderful hound girl. She is also quite the couch potato.....loves to sleep. So if you're looking for a chill girl, this is the one. She was surrendered along with her sister because the owner could no longer keep them. We'd love for them to go to a home together but understand also if that is not possible. As long as they go to a good home.......even apart, they will have a happy life. We would prefer for her to not be just a hunting dog even though she knows how to hunt. She's used to being a spoiled indoor dog who likes to play outside and go on adventures so please keep that in mind. She is spayed and up to date on shots.

Sadie and her sister Shadow are both beautiful girls that were surrendered to us from their owner who can no longer take care of them. Sadie is almost 5 years old and such a sweet girl. She is extremely affectionate and loves belly rubs and cuddling. Very loving. Even though she knows how to hunt she is used to being a pampered indoor pooch and we ask that her new owners provide a safe indoor loving home. She loves her big sister Shadow but if necessary can be split up as long as they're both going to loving good homes. She is spayed and up to date on shots.

Are you looking for a spunky gal who tells you exactly what she wants? Then look no further than perfect Pippa! Pippa is a 5 and a half year old Coonhound and weighs about 60 lbs. Anyone who meets her knows she is as smart as she is sassy! Pippa is not shy to let volunteers know when she needs to go out, when she wants to play, and when she's ready to nap. She makes volunteers laugh when she rolls halfway on her back and falls asleep with her front feet in the air and ears falling over her bed. In addition to being smart, Pippa is also strong, but so are her training skills! She is a graduate of our Grafton training program, and although it may take some practice with her new owners, Pippa is treat you motivated which helps with training. The best furever home for Pippa would be one without small children, as she LOVES her toys too much to share. Pippa is adorable in that she is crazy about fun toys, but she also is very protective over them, so older children or adults only is a must. Although Pippa doesn't mind other dogs, she can be selfish with her toys and food so we believe she would do best in a home without other dogs. She also loves to be active and exercise. Everyone who walks her knows she loves a good back scratch in the grass, to stretch out in the sunshine, and get some excited walks in. Beautiful Blondie! Just look at those eyes!! She needs to gain a little weight and we are working on that now. Blondie is a very sweet 2 year old Coonhound. She is friendly with people but a little selective with her doggie friends so she will have to meet all housemates before she's adopted. Blondie needs some obedience training to help her show what a good girl she can be! She was found in Westfield Township on 8/2/2023 with No Collar, No ID, No Microchip. She was found very near to the same area that the male Coonhound, Dagwood, was found. Possibly they were running together and got separated.
