Story
Meet Jessie Belle! She is a 6 year old Redbone Coonhound who recently lost her family. Jessie Belle is a very sweet and chill old lady who is looking for a retirement home. She would do best in a home with older children and a family who like to hang at the house. She is good with dogs and cats. She is up to date on her annual vaccines, 4DX negative, microchipped and spayed. She is overall a really great dog.  If you would like to apply to adopt Jessie, you must be over 21 years old and live within 2 hours of the Lehigh Valley, PA area within NJ or PA (NO EXCEPTIONS!) Story
Scarlett is a big, goofy coonhound mix who landed at PK after being picked up as a stray. She is young – probably around 1 year old – and weighs 58 lbs. She may fill out more with age. Scarlett still has a lot of puppy left in her; she is bouncy, a bit mouthy, and very energetic! She is strong on the leash and will need help learning leash manners, but she is eager to please. Scarlett is friendly and affectionate and would do well with an active family who can help her burn of off that young dog energy! As a large dog, she would also benefit from formal training to help her to be the best girl possible around others. Scarlett would be open to meeting other dogs if you have them in the home. We can cat-test her upon request. While Scarlett would be fine around children, we don’t recommend her being in a home with very young kids, as she is large and could accidentally knock over little ones. Apply for her at lvpeaceablekingdom.info. Peaceable Kingdom, PA Kennel License #04131, 1049 MacArthur Rd., Whitehall, PA 18052
