Story
Heartworm Prevention is given on the 1st of each month Let's give a big CTDR welcome to sweet Reecie.  Reecie was surrendered to CTDR after her owner could no longer care for her.  Reecie's human dad passed away very suddenly and her human mom went back to work and could not care for her.  CTDR was honored to be asked to help find Reecie her forever home.  Reecie had a back injury a couple of years ago and while on crate rest, she decided to gnaw off her back legs.  Reecie is an active little girl as she has a set of wheels and also a Scooter that she gets around in.  Reecie is cautious when she meets new people and will slowly warm up to you on her time.  She is not fond of children so it would be best if she did not go to a home with kids.  If you are interested in giving this sweet girl her forever home, please complete an application at ctdr.org.                                                         Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 19, 2024, 3:53 pm

Story
Heartworm Prevention is given on the 9th of each month Swiss has completed his heart worm treatment and is eager to find his new home! Swiss is such a joyful and happy dog! He’s mixed, but not sure with what, however, he has the personality of a lab. He’s super playful, very energetic, goofy, and clumsy! He’s crate trained, potty trained, and doggy door trained. He enjoys sniffing around the bird feeder in the backyard, trying to eat fallen birdseed, and also trying to catch larger bugs and snails in the grass. He loves his humans and shows his love by giving your face “nibbles”. Now that he’s completed his heart worm treatment, we’re beginning to work on him not jumping, as he does that when he’s excited to see you. If you’re looking for a dog with a playful puppy personality, but the benefits of being potty trained, and not being a puppy, he’s your guy!!    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 19, 2024, 3:53 pm
