Story
Burrito is currently in a foster home. Here is what his foster family has to say about him: Meet Burrito, the charming, quirky pooch with one stunning blue eye and one warm brown eye. This happy-go-lucky guy is always up for a game of fetch or a romp with his doggy pals. With his herding breed instincts, he'll enthusiastically guide his furry friends around like he's in charge of the world's most adorable parade. Burrito is crate-trained and making impressive strides with his potty training. While he might be a bit shy at first, he quickly warms up and becomes your snuggle buddy. He's even cool with cats and will gladly share the couch with them. If you're looking for a playful, affectionate, and slightly silly companion to brighten your days, Burrito is your guy! Adopt him today and get ready for a life full of laughs and love! If you are interested in meeting Burrito, submit an adoption application on SJRAS.org or email fosters@sjras.org for more info!

Story
Zoey is about 11 years old. She’s always been an inside dog. My daughter moved (her dog originally) to a complex that would not accept large dogs, so I became Zoey’s new owner. Several months later, I had to relocate and move back home. My parents also do not want a large dog in the house. Zoey is currently residing in a large kennel dog house with a gated run area on the property. It breaks my heart that she cannot be inside, but I didn’t want to turn her over to the SPCA to most likely be euthanized. I want to find her a good home with lots of cuddles for her last years.
