Lady is a 48Lb. Doberman Mix bread. Just 3 years old. Loves other dogs and people. In the house she has free run of the place and does not chew on things and is very lad back . She is a good house dog. She sleeps in her bed and not alloud in people beds. She likes to ride in the car. Feed her 2 times, Rachail Ray dog food. In the early morning and late afternoon. After she eats I take her to the dog park were she plays with other dogs. I am 80 years old and I took Lady 3 months ago knowing I could not keep her but she had no place to go. Wish I could keep her but my age and my health are preventing me from giving her the home she needs.. I've known Lady from the time she was a pup. I took her because they were going to take her to the dog pound. Lady is hi energy and reddy to go when you are, in house she layed back

Story
Cheech is big love bug. We got him from a former coworker when he was 8 weeks old. Mom and dad on site. We took him home thinking we were his forever home, but life hit us unexpectedly. Due to human health issues we are unable to keep him. He is great with our other family dog (female pit bull). He is great with all our grandkids (1,6,8 year old girls). Around the baby it’s like he knows to bring the energy down and with the 8 year old he is running around having fun. He loves playing with all his toys. I tried potty training a while ago but I didn’t have the time and gave up, but his been an outdoor dog now and only goes potty on grass. He enjoys walks to the park and is good. He loves hugs, cuddles and most of all tummy rubs (his absolute favorite). As for shots he has the first puppy ones up until the second parvo one. So his good to go out.

Story
Meet Violet, a charming female Doberman Pinscher with a heart full of potential! Violet is a little socially awkward, but that just adds to her unique personality. She’s curious about playtime and shows signs of wanting to join in, though her loud chirping can sometimes send mixed messages to other dogs. Despite this, she’s learning new skills every day and is slowly getting more comfortable around her canine friends.Violet is incredibly sweet with her handler and loves to lean in for love and attention. She’s looking for a patient adopter who will help her build confidence and continue her journey toward becoming the playful, loving dog she’s meant to be. If you’re ready to open your heart to a dog who just needs a little extra time and understanding, Violet is waiting to meet you!To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too. Story
Meet Chiquita! She is a darling 1 year old, 14 pound, black and tan, Miniature Pinscher/Terrier mix with warm brown eyes. This pretty girl was left at a laundromat by her homeless owner AFTER he sold her puppies! No more abuse for this poor girl! She’s an AFC dog now and will spend the rest of her life loved! She is shy and needs an experienced adopter. She gets along fine with other dogs but would also be fine as an only dog. NO cats! She will chase them. She has gotten very attached to her foster mom in a short period of time and has been sleeping in her bed. She is very loyal to whoever she connects with and must have someone who is active retired or works from home. Chiquita really wants to connect with you. She loves to go for walks and car rides. She appears to be house broken and is using the doggie door. She is a SMART dog and knows the commands: Sit, Down and Shake. She can easily get over a 4-foot fence so please have an escape proof yard / securely fenced yard. She is scheduled to be spayed but we are looking for her home now. She is current on vaccines, microchipped and flea treated. Chiquita will be a loving companion in the right home. Apply today.
