Story
Modela is beautiful, sweet, clumsy, goofy, sensitive, and full of so much love! She needs someone who will exercise her and continue training with her and also get her skin break out under control. She was scared and reactive when I met her. I have invested time, love, and lots of energy into her. She completed an intensive training program where she was boarded on premises with the trainers. She does well with dogs she gets to know in a controlled setting who know boundaries. She is good with friends, family, friends kids. She can be reactive with other dogs on walks. We use a prong collar and it works. When I originally adopted her I lived in a big house on vineyard where she could run free and exercise, and she thrived. After a corporate lay off my finances are low, capacity is low, and my housing is unpredictable. Now she is too often alone and without proper exercise. I have taken her far from where she came but she deserves to have someone take her to that next level.

Story
This animal is available at the Napa County Shelter Phone: 707-253-4382 PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT NORTH BAY DinoID 48421   Breed:Dobermann   Sex:Male   Age:5 years, 1 month, 1 week   Weight:67 lbs   Date In:1/5/2025   Loyalty, intelligence, and a protective nature are hallmarks of this stately breed. Dino is so handsome with his gleaming black coat and deep, maple-colored accents. Though often seen as confident guardians, he's actually a bit on the insecure side. This is easily addressed with a little patience during initial intros, so he understands that you want to befriend him (treats help!). He's very smart and has playmates at the shelter who've allowed him to come out of his shell. Dobermans bond strongly with their people, and we think Dino will be no exception to the rule! The Napa County Shelter Erika Gamez Shelter Manager  942 Hartle Court  Napa, CA  94558  Main Phone: 707-253-4382  Main Fax: 707-253-6191  Kelly Tracey, Shelter Supervisor  ktracey@co.napa.ca.usFebruary 27, 2025, 1:54 am

Story
Chula is 3 years old and such a loving dog. As much as this saddens me, I have 4 dogs which two of them being her kids. It is too much for me. Additionally, I am moving. Chula is laid back, loves watching tv and laying around relaxing. She does enjoy outdoors as well. She gets along with other dogs and kids. She is house trained. Sleeps in doors. She would be great for all family types. She deserves the love and attention I am unable to give at this time. Additionally, as mentioned above. I care for two of her daughters. Nya is one of them who I am also looking to rehome. Nyla is outgoing, trained as well. Loves to talk and take walks. She is one and a half. It would be great to rehome together but it is not needed. They are both wonderful loving dogs and full of life. Please let me know if you’d like to hear more about Nyla.
