Story
Meet Bluebelle We often have adopters looking for a happy, playful pup that enjoys life and would be great around other dogs and their family. Bluebelle is that kind of girl! She is a great playmate to other friendly dogs, a total sweetheart with people, and all around a great dog. She is doing very well with crate training and potty training while in her foster home, and has been a joy to have around. Plus, how could you resist that cute smiling face?! Bluebelle is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm tested, and current on flea/heartworm prevention. She is believed to be a Doberman/shepherd/bully breed mix. Bluebelles adoption fee is $300. Head to the link below for an application to make this beautiful lady your new companion! Farfetcheddogrescue.org

Story
Rory is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian.Rory is a very sweet by nature dog. He loves to cuddle up under a blanket and is very loyal to his owner. While he is older and more than content snuggling up and watching a show, he does still have a little bit of a playful nature to him. Rory is best suited for a home without kids. He is very protective of our family and does awesome with my own kids. However, he is definitely a dog that feels a need to protect the household and can show signs of aggression when other kids and people are in our home and feels that his family is being threatened whether there is a legitimate threat or not. I have had Rory for 9 years and he is a great dog. The only reason I am considering rehoming him is because his overly protective nature impedes my kids being able to have friends visit without causing Rory to experience anxiety. He is very anxious by nature. He mostly gets along very well with other dogs but occasionally another dog can rub him the wrong way.If you would like to inquire into adopting this pet, PLEASE TEXT OR CALL 812-484-2207***Please ignore the Apply to Adopt button for this pet & contact the owner directly***

Story
Libby is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Libby is a lapdog that currently lives in a home with children and another dog. She has lived with cats previously with no issue. She would do best in a home where she is allowed on furniture, snuggled, and able to be taken outside with a higher frequency than the average dog. A fence with NO holes or methods of escape will be a must, as she can fit through any hole that a rabbit can get through. If you are interested in Libby, please email: smalone1720@gmail.com. ***Please ignore the Apply to Adopt button for this pet & contact the owner directly***
