Story
Meet Huck 🐾 Huck is a playful, gentle, and very sweet dog with a shy and sensitive personality. He can be nervous around strangers at first and may take some time to feel comfortable with new people. Once Huck gets to know you and realizes he is safe, he slowly warms up and becomes much more relaxed. Huck has never shown aggression. His shyness and fear around unfamiliar people are simply part of his personality, so he does best when given patience, space, and time to approach people at his own pace. Huck is great with kids and has a gentle nature. He enjoys playing, being around people he trusts, and showing his sweet personality once he feels comfortable. If you meet Huck, please be patient with him. A calm approach and a little time go a long way. Once Huck warms up to you, you'll see what a loving and wonderful dog he truly is. ❤️🐶

Story
PLEASE NOTE: We are a Texas-based rescue. This dog is currently in Texas and will be transported to your state once adopted. Our application can be found at haydudeequine.org. Hi, I'm Waylon! 🐾 I'm a 3-month-old Catahoula/Lab mix, and I'm ready to find the family I've been waiting for! I came to the rescue after a difficult start in life. I was part of a litter born to two unaltered dogs who had been producing puppies repeatedly. Sadly, previous litters didn't survive because of human error, so this litter was surrendered to rescue to give us the safe and loving future we deserve. Now I'm ready to start the next chapter of my life! I'm still just a baby, which means I have lots to learn, lots of adventures ahead of me, and plenty of growing to do. I'm looking for a family who will give me patience, guidance, love, and all the fun that comes with being a puppy. I may have had a rough beginning, but I'm not going to let that define my story. I'm ready for a family who will show me just how wonderful life can be and give me a forever home of my very own. Could you be the one I've been waiting for? ❤️ Love, Waylon 🐶
