Story
Because she was chipped, I was able to talk to the original owner. He had lost his house and he and his family were living out of their car. He had to re-home her. Unfortunately, the person he re-homed her re-homed her again and they didn’t have any contact information. I found her in Giant City State Park. She is very sweet with people, however, when I took her to the vet, I found out that she was aggressive towards mainly large female dogs. She has serious separation anxiety that she is on medication for. She will still need some help with that. She’s completely vetted except for spaying. She has allergies which she is also medicated for. I can already see an improvement there. She walks well on leash, knows sit, down, has a very short stay, wants to be with her person, likes to go for walks. She has no interest in my cat. Nina will pee outside and does BM outside, however, I work long days and sometimes she has BMmistakes. She needs someone who is able to spend more time with her.

Story
Bear is an awesome dog and would be a great addition to an active family! He prefers grown kids or adults over rambunctious kids. He LOVES to go for adventures in the woods and hiking and even has fabulous recall. He also knows his basic commands and is house trained! He has been apart of a long court case which lasted 2 years, was then adopted and ultimately returned. He is such a good boy and deserves every nice thing that life can give him! His adoption fee is $250 and he has already been neutered, heartworm tested negative, chipped and rabies vaccinated! Please call 618-833-4915 if you would like to meet him! Story
Bella came to us from an abuse and neglect situation. She was being kept either in a dark basement in a crate or on a chain in the yard with little room and inadequate shelter. This poor girl even had calloused bed sores on her hind end from being locked up! She has been the sweetest little thing the entire time she has spent with us! She LOVES running around in the bigger fenced in area with all of her dog friends! She gets along with absolutely any dog. It doesn't matter if they're big, small, male, female, nice or grumpy, guaranteed she will love them all! She is great on a leash, kennel trained and house trained. She would do best in a home without cats because if they run she can be a chaser! She is Heartworm positive, we are hoping this wont deter a new loving home from taking this precious girl in. Her adoption fee is $275 and this will include her spay, 1 year Rabies vaccine and a microchip. Please call 618-833-4915 to come see her! Thank you! Are you interested in adopting this pet? Story
Rori is a shy little girl looking for her furever home! She really is a sweet girl but she needs someone with patience to put some time into her. Once she warms up to you she is a great dog who loves pets and laying on the couch! She LOVES her outside play time and honestly would rather be outside than inside. She will need a fenced in yard since she gets to running and doesn't realize how far her long legs have taken her. She gets along GREAT with all dogs of all ages and sizes! She also doesn't bother cats and doesn't mind them! She is mostly house broke but struggles to tell you when she needs to go outside so a routine would be best. She is also trained to puppy pads! She has already been spayed so her adoption fee has been reduced to $150. She will need her 1 year Rabies vaccine, heartworm test and microchip still. Please call 618-833-4915 to come meet her! Story
Benji is a big, lovable guy looking for his furever farm! He is a gentle, old soul type that is very polite and very much knows his size, so he is extra careful around people and other dogs smaller than him! He gets along great with all the other dogs and doesn't even look at cats! He would make someone an awesome farm buddy since he LOVES being outside! He also enjoys coming back in to his kennel and taking loooong naps. It's tiring lugging that big ol body around! He came to us after being kept locked in a kennel day and night and never getting any interaction or relief from the situation. He was also nearly starved to death and is gaining healthy weight very quickly! He doesn't hold that against anybody and he has no ptsd from it that we have seen! He is also VERY polite on a leash and wouldn't pull on you even if there was a t-bone steak in front of him! He is selective on his house training. We think if he was kept on a routine he wouldn't have any accidents in the house! He is truly a gentle giant and would make a phenomenal family companion. His adoption fee is $300 and this will include his DAPPV, deworming, flea and tick prevention, neuter, heartworm test, 1 year Rabies vaccine and a microchip. Please call 618-833-4915 to come meet this lovable lug! Thank you! Are you interested in adopting this pet? Please click here: https://form.jotform.com/210158338747157 and fill out an application. Story
BB is a true warrior and has already been through so much in her little life! She was weaned early due to having a not so great momma but she is doing fantastic, eating hard food, loves cheez it's and is ready for her furever home!! She is very young so she is a clean slate for someone to take in and train in whatever way they'd like! She would love to be someone's camping or adventure buddy since she loves to be with her people, go for rides and hop in water! She is still very small so her new home would need to be very aware of this and accommodate her. She is truly a miracle and deserves to have the best life! Due to her age she will need to go home on a foster program until she is 6 months old when she can be vetted. She will need to come back to us once a month for her puppy vaccines until she is of age to be vetted. Her adoption fee is $275 and this will include her puppy vaccines, dewormer, age appropriate flea and tick, spay, heartworm test, 1 year Rabies vaccine and a microchip. Her adoption fee will not be due until she is 6 months old. Please call 618-833-4915 to come meet her! Are you interested in adopting this pet?
