Story
Bodie is a very sweet, absolutely beautiful little boy who just needs a little time to know that he's safe. He can be cautious at first, but with patience and kindness, he'll begin to let his personality shine. Bodie was originally purchased with the intention of being used as a breeding dog. When his owners quickly realized it wasn't going to work out, they allowed him to come into rescue—and now we're looking for a home where he'll simply get to be a loved family dog. He's small in size and great with other dogs, and we think a patient, understanding family will be rewarded with a wonderful companion. Bodie isn't looking for someone to rush him. He needs someone willing to give him the time and space to build trust at his own pace. Because of his timid nature, a securely fenced yard is required for Bodie's new home. Sometimes the dogs who take a little longer to give you their trust are the ones whose trust means the most. Adoption Fee: $215 Bodie is fixed, up to date on shots, wormings and preventatives, and microchipped with lifetime registration. Apply here: Bodie's Adoption Application We cannot guarantee breed or adult size. ##2814140##

Story
Gravy is just a good old boy looking for a soft place to land. This handsome guy is about 4 years old and came to us from Jackson County, Kentucky, after sadly being dumped at a landfill. Despite what he's been through, Gravy is a calm, affectionate boy who genuinely enjoys being with his people. He's okay with other dogs, but he's also perfectly content doing his own thing and would thrive as an only dog, where he could soak up all the love and attention for himself. Gravy isn't asking for much—just a family, a comfortable place to call home, and someone who will remind him that being left behind is a thing of the past.   If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting this baby, please fill out an application. They currently are fixed, up to date on shots, wormings, preventatives and are microchipped (with lifetime registration). Adoption fee is $215 with approved application, applications can be filled out at this link. https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/10167/generic .We cannot guarantee breed or size when full grown. ##2814133##

Story
Odie Odie is a fabulous young boy who is sweet, fun, loving, and ready to be part of a family! We were told he is a Shih Tzu mix—and while that may be true, don't let the breed fool you. At around 30 pounds, Odie is a pretty good-sized boy! Odie is phenomenal with both dogs and cats and loves being around his people. Even better, he's potty trained and has good house manners, so he's already well on his way to being the perfect family companion. With his affectionate personality and easygoing nature, we think Odie will make a magnificent addition to just about any household. Adoption Fee: $215 Odie is fixed, up to date on shots, wormings and preventatives, and microchipped with lifetime registration. Apply here: Odie's Adoption Application As always, we cannot guarantee breed or adult size. ##2814139##

Story
Mocha is an adorable senior Chihuahua, approximately 10 years old and weighing just 7 pounds. Don’t let his tiny size or age fool you—this little guy still has plenty of personality!   Mocha came into rescue needing a little medical TLC. He had a cyst on his side that was thankfully benign and successfully removed, along with some significant dental disease that needed attention. Now he’s feeling better and ready to find a family of his own.   Mocha is a happy, friendly little guy who enjoys people and does well with other dogs. He can be a bit bossy—apparently 7 pounds is more than enough to be in charge! We do not recommend a home with cats.   He’s also doing great with potty training and is proving that senior dogs can absolutely learn new routines.   Mocha would be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a small, affectionate dog with a big personality. At around 10 years old, he deserves a comfortable home, plenty of love, and someone who appreciates a Chihuahua who knows exactly what he wants.   Mocha’s adoption fee is $215. He is fixed, up to date on shots, wormings and preventatives, and microchipped with lifetime registration.   Apply to adopt Mocha:https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/10167/generic ##2814149##

Story
Hey, I’m Reba! 1 year old | Mixed Breed | 55 lbs   If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s this…I absolutely LOVE people.   Seriously. If you’re looking for a dog who’s thrilled to see you every single day, wants to be by your side, and believes every person is a potential best friend… you’ve found her.   I’m young, fun, full of personality, and always ready for whatever adventure comes next. Whether we’re going for a walk, playing outside, or just hanging out on the couch, I’m happiest when I get to spend time with my people.   Here’s a little about me:   Very people friendly and affectionate Would likely do best with a laid back, submissive dog after proper introduction No cats for me, they’re just a little too exciting!   I’m still learning the ropes, so I’ll need someone who will continue teaching me good manners and helping me become the very best version of myself. The good news? I’m smart, eager to please, and ready to learn!   One thing that helps me feel comfortable is having my own space during mealtime. If there are other pets or young children in the home, feeding me separately, preferably in a crate, is recommended so everyone can relax and enjoy their meals.   I’m a strong, playful girl, but underneath all that energy is a total sweetheart. Start giving me attention and I’ll lean right into you, soak up every bit of affection, and happily roll over for belly rubs.   I’m the kind of dog who will make you laugh, keep you company, and love you with her whole heart. All I need is someone willing to invest a little time in helping me grow.   If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with lots of love to give, I think we should meet.   Spayed | Heartworm & Lyme negative | Current on vaccinations & preventatives   WAIVED ADOPTION FEE! Approved adopters can take me home for $0!   I also come with a FULL YEAR OF HEARTWORM PREVENTION (a $100+ value!)   Interested in meeting and possibly adopting? Start by submitting an application here: https://www.fultoncoanimalcenter.org/application-to-adopt-a-dog   Once submitted, staff will review your application during open hours. Please allow 24 to 36 hours. If approved, we’ll contact you to schedule a meet and greet. If you have other dogs, they’ll need to come too so we can make sure we’re a good match. Some dogs may also require all household members to attend.   If it’s a good fit, you can take your new best friend home that same day!   We also offer a 2 week foster-to-adopt trial so everyone can be sure it’s the perfect match.   Adoption Hours Mon & Sat: 11 AM to 4 PM Tue & Fri: 11 AM to 5 PM Wed: 11 AM to 6 PM Thur & Sun: CLOSED ##2680442##
