Available for Adoption on 4-20 🩵✨🩵”Sky”🩵✨🩵 2 year old female Corgi Weight: coming soon $375 Adoption fee “Sky” was an owner surrender that will be available for Adoption on 4/20. We are currently accepting applications. We are told she is house and crate trained. She’s very active and likes to play. She can be dog selective which is why she came to us- she did not do well with one of the other dogs in the home. We are told she was abused before she came to her last home and as a result is reluctant of men. She just retreats in fear and barks. We are told she loves treats and hard toys with squeakers. An active home with a fenced in yard would probably suite her best. Please share to help our kiddos find their furever families. Story
Have you ever seen a dog so adorable you just can’t stand it? That’s Louise! With her big, floppy ears and sweet, hound-like gaze, she’s sure to melt your heart. This little lady is on the lookout for her forever home and is ready to bring her boundless energy, love, and joy into your life. Louise is a social butterfly who loves everyone! Whether it's cats, dogs, or kids, she's all about making new friends and being a part of the action. She’s incredibly curious and always wants to be in the mix, exploring the world around her with enthusiasm and joy. Louise would do best in a home with another canine companion to help her learn the ropes and keep her entertained. After all, puppies love to have a buddy! At her young age, Louise is still in need of all things puppy – training, socialization, and of course, tons of love and attention. She's eager to please and just wants to be the happiest dog she can be with the right guidance. Whether it’s playtime, cuddle time, or learning new things, Louise is ready to give it her all. If you’re interested in adopting, our process begins with the submission of OUR online application at www.adoptmebluegrasspetrescue.com, or email us if you submitted an application within the last six months. We review and schedule meets (with approved applicants only) based on the order received. Keep in mind he is a young puppy with a life expectancy of up to 15 years. Our guiding principle for adoptions is to seek the right fit for family and for dog, including a home that can stay committed to his for life.

Story
Hi there! My name is Gump, and I’m a gorgeous German Shepherd boy with a story to tell. You see, I was dumped out in the country along with a few other dogs. It was a scary time, not knowing what would happen to us. But, thankfully, someone kind-hearted called the shelter, and I was rescued before anything bad happened to me.When I first arrived at the shelter, I was very anxious and nervous. All the new sights, sounds, and smells were overwhelming. But it didn’t take long for me to warm up, especially with a few treats and some sweet talking from the wonderful people here. One thing you should know about me is that I do pretty well on car rides and on the leash. It’s nice to feel the wind in my fur and see the world go by from the safety of a car. And walking on a leash? I’m getting the hang of it and enjoying every moment of our walks. When I got to the shelter, I was very skinny and hungry. I’m putting on weight now, but those tough times made me a bit protective of my food around other dogs. I hope you understand – it’s something I’m working on with the help of the kind folks here.I know I can seem a bit rambunctious in my kennel, barking and making a fuss. But that’s just my way of saying hello and asking you to let me out to play. Once I’m out, you’ll see that I’m just a big sweetheart who loves to run, play, and spend time with people.I promise, I really am a good boy. I’m looking for a forever home where I can feel safe, loved, and well-fed. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion who’s ready to fill your life with joy and adventure, then I’m your guy. Come meet me, and let’s see if we’re a perfect match!Fill out an adoption application online at: https://www.hshcky.org/

Story
Beau is a 15 month old, male Golden Retriever weighing about 55-60ish lbs, looking for his new forever family at no fault of his own. He is being surrendered as his people say: "I just discovered that my daughter is allergic to the dog, her eczema has been flaring up really bad since bringing him to our home. He’s a really good dog, clingy and loves to lay on your lap. It’s just unfortunate that our daughter is allergic." Also, "When our children are moving or running through the house, he runs away and tries to hide." Beau will need a home with not a lot of chaos, and no small kids.  He is still just a puppy, so he will need a home that can give him the exercise and direction he needs to be a good boy. He is crate trained and sleeps in it at night, and walks well on leash.  If you would like to meet this sweet boy, please fill out an app at GRRAND.org   ##2335095##
